There is concern that the victim will be identified and it is an ongoing investigation, hence why people seems to want to keep the info "vague" for now

There is some other evidence that Kami has a pattern of doing this; getting girls drunk, while he is sober (he doesnt do drugs/drink) and having the women pass out.

Is Kami still in AZ? If so is it strange that the FBI would raid him for that if he's in the same state? Or is he somewhere else?

this is one of the post about it, if you havent seen it. I have seen the evidence and yes it will lead to people easily being able to ID the victim. Obviously proving a rape is extremely difficult.

Very Trad, very Cath. Rape fits in nicely with Fuentes' brand of greasy grifter. What I was referring to though is if he was raided by the FBI wouldn't that indicate it wouldn't be about the rape? Since it's not inter-state and wouldn't be in their jurisdiction?

I don't know the ins and outs of jurisdiction outside of how it's portrayed in movies though so I'm only guessing anyways. I'm sure her name will come out though unfortunately for her. Or fortunately, I'm sure enough people hate Kami and it could cause some kind of grassroots support. Who knows.

The issue is that it will be very easy to ID the victim. Source doesnt want to release it now for that reason.

Aswell as this is fucking kiwi farms, its not a court of law. Yeah I get its difficult to prove rape.

And again, the evidence is this;
  • Null verified that people know about it, again its being left vague on purpose for the vicitm
  • multiple people who can confirm
  • photos of the victim and kami at the party
  • statements by the victim
  • locations of where people were
  • evidence of a coverup by the aggressers
  • other corroboration of the events by people
  • kami may have a pattern of doing this women by getting them passed out drunk
If this amount of evidence existed for any other lolcow, especially a liberal one, youd be all over it.
