Facial recognition will "disproportionally harm black people" even though the technology works better at identifying white people. Their token "it will be bad for us all!" is worthless if the ACLU is only going to spring into action over issues that impact blacks or have a racial angle that they can play up for donations.

The only way progessive utopia is reached is if Biden and Harris don't gift wrap us to the CCP first.
