She's in absolutely dire straits right now & is only marginally aware of it. After she ate, I watched the redness increase to, (in my opinion), an alarming degree & her face swelled even more.

I got a good look at whatever is going on with her skin. It involves her circulatory system because in several places, you can see the reddened, small veins snaking around the skin.

Never mind starting anything Monday - she needs to put herself on water only for a good 24 hours. Her body is making it clear it's got nothing left to give & she's ignoring it.

This might be one of the only times in her life going to the ER would actually be valid. Would she listen to anything they told her while there? Probably not.

lol i've never seen anybody crash so fast and so hard after eating. that's a sugar coma waiting to happen. every time she eats now she's miserable "oh why did i eat that, oh my stomach hurts after that". she's getting not even the basic iota of pleasure from eating anymore. "i haven't been getting good sleep for a while now" diabetic sleep is the worst sleep in the world and there might be one day she doesn't wake up from one of her naps if she doesn't die on stream first.

Near the end I couldn't believe I actually heard her say "some people can eat pizza in moderation, but not me"
now at this moment I thought she might actually have a glimmer of a break through and understand that she is incapable of doing "intuitive eating" because she has no self control.
What she followed it up with though was "it just makes me feel like crap".

no fucking duh fatty!

All doctor appointments in Québec and Ontario are done over phone due to the pandemic, excepting for emergencies. So it's rather looking very bad for our gorl, or she's lying about "seeing her doctor". I feel she might not be lying tho?

I’m sure if it’s in person they want to go over how to inject insulin. You know what I mean? Like you know what I mean! Ha I give her 36 hours. Ya know? Gawd her clicking jaw. Those bites are so big she has to unhinge her jaw like a shark. Lol she’s worried about losing weight to fast! Pure horror entertainment
