That's the thing: scholars are almost perfectly certain Hebrews wasn't written by Paul. The style doesn't match at all. And it directly references many tenets of traditional Judaism in explaining how Yeshua's death and resurrection formed a new covenant with His people, Hebrews and Gentile.

Some say it was someone trying to copy him. Another thing it could have been is an instance of Paul's earliest writings. Given that there's like what? 1700 years worth of scholar's debating whether or not it is Paul we'll probably never know for sure 100%.
