The reasons EWJ 2 did less than the first are many. Promoting it on both platforms doesn't register as any of them.

EWJ 2's retention was fairly typical for a second outing of a book where the hype for the first was off the charts.

I doubt TenNaple would have broken 400K if he'd gone with IGG exclusively.

What he should have done is release EWJ #1 on KS separately and drawn in customers with a shiny #1.

1/3rd is a lot of growth if one is putting out multiple books a year.

Gators are really hamstringing themselves by not taking advantage of the platform. Ironic that it's the "Commie" member of CG who is most thinking like a capitalist.

COMMI3 MARK seems to have a grasp on the concept of using multiple marketing tactics in tandem to build a brand. He's working at building a platform but he's also exhausting as many avenues as he can to draw attention to his brand, even using public domain material as a cost effective offering to build rep.

Very clever.

Not sure Marx or Hegel would approve but I'm impressed.

My favorite Michael Derrick moment was when he was innocently and in a neutral manner taking up the cause of Cecil cruelly refunding the "Human Cecilpede" cover from WC, only to then shut down his account for half a year and scrubbing the screed in question after this pair of tweets from reinoe. I wonder if @FROG has unblocked him yet after his months of neutrality which in no way could be interpreted as factional apologism. As an aside I will pay top kiwi dollar for any other examples of reinoe singlehandedly forcing a creator off of social media.

In any case it's clear with Derrick's current campaign that he's willing to go on any platform that will have him, having to ditch his prior role as WC stooge (at least publicly) out of sheer necessity. Once again a free and open market corrects aberrant and self-defeating behavior, as it should.

Why is this even an issue? As a consumer, I just want to back a fucking project with a minimum of fuss. I can do that on either.

I gather you don't like KS, but it seems to work fine for others.

No, it is not ironic.
Marx is not respected because he started communism. He is respected because of how well he analyses capitalism and offers communism as an evolution of capitalism (which in turn started as a means to better the lives of peasants in medieval times).
You may see some retarder twatter commies typing stupid stuff all day, but in reality a lot of communists are understanding how capitalism works way better, probably because they have zero illusions, unlike some of the pro capitalists out there. Also, quite a few communists have a sense of humor, a good percepsion on reality and have taken enough blows by now to be cynical.
What you see on twitter is a generation of broken people using -isms as crutches to keep their selves together, what you see on youtube is either shills taking advantage of said people or these people drinking so much of the koolaid they become the source (Liam Gray is a great example).

So yeah, social media capitalists not understanding how the market works makes perfect sense.

He ruined someone's life chances to create his own fapping material.
3 years lost and only paid him 6k.

If I remember correctly Ody had some form of autsim and Liam likely used it to manipulate him to do his bidding.
