On Thursday December [12 or 22?], 201[6 or 8?], Complainant Swain called the Tattnall County Sheriffs Office in reference to a suspicious person. Complainant Swain stated that a white in color [illegible] [illegible] Florida tag ([illegible, probably the license plate number]) with "Contracted Out to Windstream" on the side of the vehicle was in her yard and across the road from her residence. At which time I ran the vehicle's tag through [illegible, probably an acronym for a vehicle database], which came back to the above listed subject. Complainant Swain further stated that the subject driving the vehicle was working or messing on a Windstream pedestal. Complainant Swain stated the driver of the vehicle left a short time later. At this time I made contact with alleged offender from a phone number that was left with dispatch when the he [sic] called earlier. The alleged offender Rodney stated that he works for a company that was contracted out for Windstream. At which time I made contact with a Windstream Communications employee whom stated that the alleged offender was working for Windstream in that area. I advised the Complainant that a report would be on file at the Tattnall County Sheriffs Office. End of report.
