As I said Kiley started to open up about her alleged poisoning in late 2019. This part is going to contain more than a normal amount of speculation just trying to work out what actually happened, because Kiley lies and her mother's contributions to the story are always filtered through Kiley's agenda. Our last post from Kiley was normal for her - partying at a bar, sitting on some dude's shoulders showing she had no problem balancing. In December she made this announcement that she would be speaking up about what happened (IT'S NOT AN EATING DISORDER!!!) By the way I'm sure people already found her reddit account since it was linked here before, but she is u/superfluouslyslims. I thought it was a weird name, especially after learning that Slim was her dad's nickname. Thought maybe it was a nod to her complicated relationship with him. But that was giving her far too much credit. As shown in the last line here she doesn't actually know what superfluous means.
In February she gives us this story from August 2018, which she later confirms as the start of her poison saga. There's several reasons this is significant: 1) August is her birthday and 'the birthday curse.' 2) She tells nearly this exact story a few months later but under completely different circumstances. 3) her weight was already dropping dramatically before this. I'm not medfaggy enough to fact check the medical claims but my guess would still be bulimia/over exercising and purging. LOL at "traumatized the trauma folks."

At this time she was still posting rarely but that's about to change. In July we get another ER check-in with no explanation. Jesus christ doesn't she ever get exhausted by her own dramatics?
On Insta, we get an explanation: she had a panic attack and got IV valium. In the comments, despite the video explaining that she went in because she "couldn't seem to calm down", she claims it was actually "acting out POTS" and having an exciting fake heart attack. Also POTS is now a combination of two other conditions, sinus tachycardia and neurocardiogenic syncope. Uhm. Okie.
Around this time she makes her Reddit account. The first few posts are to those /redditdraws subs and a rottweiler sub where she advises another attention-seeker to get a rottie because they're GREAT for heavy mobility . . . says the woman who killed one of her dogs this way.
Oh, I don't think I mentioned this before but she sometimes apologizes for her dog's "eye booger" when posting photos of him. It's actually a tumor hanging off his eyelid and the reason she hasn't removed it is because she can't afford to.
And this hilarious "gastroparesis feast" of high-fiber difficult-to-digest foods. Don't worry, she
blended them. I especially love the ana-chan bragging that she only ate the carrots.

Flashback to the first time I almost starved myself to death!
Since every animal under her care must be an accessory to her disability act and also unnecessarily suffer for this, she makes her 15 year old cat into an ESA, then days later finds out she has rapidly-progressing oral cancer. Instead of doing the humane thing and putting her out of her misery
before the tumor takes over her entire airway and causes her an excruciating death, she decides to put it off for a few more days.
And uses her dying animal to get asspats from strangers. I'm not watching these but here she is explaining that the tumor now blocks her whole throat and she's not able to eat anymore, but nah, keep her alive for 1-2 more days for those sweet sweet upvotes.
In August she's back to losing weight. This time it's MCAS and not arsenic, gastroparesis, or her diet of low-calorie liquids and tons of exercise.
She had a historical indicator: hives, except for when she was being tested and then she didn't have hives. Needs a vacation from nothing.

This is from direct heat exposure. It can cause permanent discoloration (erythema ab igne) but it's not dangerous. A lot of people who use heat pads get it.
I love this more than I can express. I'm pretty sure Kiley is trying to show off that she has EDS scarring. Now you may remember before the poison saga she claimed to have gotten stitches, had gross necrotic lesions from spider bites, all sorts of things that should have left her scarred. During the spider bite story she even explained to people that she wouldn't have scars from the necrotic craters because she was "genetically gifted" and healed super well (soon she will say that she doesn't heal
period. Like outright states doctors won't suture her because her skin will never knit itself back together despite having previously claimed to have stitches.) So she should be able to find some nice honkin' scars to show off. Instead she finds this tiny white bump on her wrist that looks totally normal.
And even though this person apologized she has to be a shithead to him.

And here's where shit gets real fun. Kiley is now going fully public with the TORTURE her mother has put her through and she HAS the RECEIPTS. Oh boy! Exhibit A: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum because mom couldn't afford to buy late father's car for her. Grandpa was already tapped out paying for her late father's cremation, and Kiley has already spent whatever money she had. The horror.
Exhibit B: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum because she decided to wait until the last minute to euthanize a cat who has been slowly dying for days and mom squawked at having to drop everything to call the vet, drive to the vet, and pay for the euthanasia. (Note: mom DID drop everything, drive to the vet, and pay for the euthanasia, she just pointed out it was irresponsible to wait until the last minute)
Exhibit C: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum because mom only gives her all of her social security check, wants to know when is convenient to have people come take care of the house Kiley lives in, and suggests if she cooks food all day for others, she might be capable of
working.
Exhibit D: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum that she isn't paying attention to her own finances and didn't notice the mother she accuses of poisoning her has stopped paying her bills. Has such an expectation that mom will pay the bills anyway that after seven months of non payment her mother still has to flat out tell her they're not getting paid before she realizes it.
Exhibit E: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum that the mother she is publicly accusing of trying to kill her won't drop everything to call the police and complain that Kiley's neighbors are throwing trash into Kiley's yard. Bonus points for the "so hungry" since she's also saying her mother is keeping her from getting food stamps (but also giving her grocery money)
Exhibit F: Spoiled brat has a temper tantrum because she doesn't know how taxes work and that she isn't automatically given disability benefits now that mom is no longer claiming her as a dependent. Maybe accusing her of poisoning you was a bad idea.

Continuing on from the last message, she's picking her mother for information about the terminal illness. Now here's where we have to speculate a bit. If you recall, Kiley's version of the story is that her mother poisoned her, paid for expensive blood tests to prove it was arsenic, and was trying to pin it on someone else while convincing Kiley she was terminal and denying her treatment. I thought this was all a fantasy until this text message where her mother acknowledges something Real Fuckin Bad did show up on her tox scans and that the doctor was surprised by whatever it was. She and Kiley (and her doctor) differ on whether her doctor said further treatment was futile.
However Kiley's claims that her mother DELIBERATELY CANCELLED ALL TREATMENTS are, shocker, complete bullshit. Her doctor ordered the services through medicaid, they were cancelled because Kiley was on her mother's private insurance or something.
More of Kiley's claims, importantly that her mother shelled out huge amounts of money to test substances found around the house to try to determine the source of the arsenic. Mom destroyed all her medical records
somehow which led to Kiley being unable to get any benefits - it's not because she has no proof of any of her disabilities! Here we also find two mysteries solved: the ambu ride she complained about in 2018 was the first time her mom poisoned her, and the reason she disappeared in summer 2019 was after the first time she started popping off about mom poisoning her, she got sent to psych. Fucking lol.
Interesting about the withdrawals since this is not the only review i found of her miracle doctor that said she was a pill mill.
As usual, anyone who tries to talk to her gets a long, shitty response. But twice now she's mentioned that she left and came back to her mother's care.
Here she acknowledges that she was sick before she went to her mom's care, in fact that is why she went into her mom's care. And she also posts this screenshot showing that she started tracking her weight in June. Up there in the corner you can see she was aiming for 12% body fat which is very low for a woman of her age.

This account of the cat's death is directly contradicted by the text message where her mom clearly states she had asked earlier that very day if Kiley was ready to euthanise the cat and that she was driving up there with a check. I'm going to speculate that what actually happened was also what I suspect happened with Khaleesi the female that disappeared: mom said "eat or you're too sick to care for the dog" and Kiley threw a tantrum
And here we get the scoop on the house. Mom owns it, kiley was supposed to run it as an AirBnB to offset medical bills. Mom apparently has several AirBnB properties for extra income. Kiley blew all her money on other things and mom finally gave her the house (but not until she dies ugh!)
(despite this I am pretty sure this is kiley asking habitat for humanity for a house).
One more thing to note about the above post was that she links to a GFM for a surgery her dog needs. She actually made two GFMs in less than a week. Both were ostensibly for her dog's dental work, but also for a wheelchair, disability modifications for her house, "nutrition support" and her own living expenses. She initially asked for $20k then for $25k. Between the two she got about $600.

For some reason she starts dumping random proof of her illness in November (markings all hers). This first one is great because she's trying to pass it off as just circling the abnormality but she's actually using the line to cover that the text above that says "normal sinus rhythm." Borderline low potassium = what if purging but not enough? Barely elevated tryptase does not indicate MCAS but normal allergies/asthma/nothing at all.
Another example of her being just the absolute worst. She goes to food banks, gets food she won't eat, cooks it (or sometimes just boxes up the ingredients in ways she feels are more cohesive), then gives away the food, which is very ED behavior. I don't really disagree with the original argument, which was that she offered to drop some food off at a school near her house and the dude asked for her home address anyway, which made her uncomfortable. His friend later tried to clear things up and say he asked the address for his GPS which she correctly points out he could have just as easily GPSed the school. Totally fair. But then once both sides have hashed it out and it should be settled, Kiley comes back to chimp out and play the victim.

Trying to prove she has some very rare MCAS variant - people tell her there's no benefit in pursuing this because it changes nothing about treatment. First-degree relative is her sister, who doesn't have a social media presence from what I could find.
Here's the posts that brought her to the attention of the thread a few weeks back. She talks about this near-death experience where the EMTs kept calling her out for faking seizures and symptoms and she was conscious and aware enough to hear and understand everything despite dying?? This happened in Florida - the bridge she describes this happening near is almost definitely the Sunshine Skyway between St. Petes and Bradenton (where Jaquie lived, so insert "stalked the munchie queen" into your headcanon appropriately). 9 days later she went home to Omaha. Meaning we can clock her weight when she arrived home somewhere near 80 lb in early August (since by the first week of august she was already bitching about the receptionist at her doctor in omaha). Also it's damn near identical to the story she told at the beginning of this post, hyperglycemia when she's
hypoglycemic, dog in the ambu, flatlining, low blood volume, impossible to start an IV, very dangerous, except there she specified it was in Omaha and she didn't almost died.
But more than just lying, Kiley is extremely good at twisting her mother's words and actions to seem sinister. Take this post, for example, where she makes it sound like her mother deliberately lied about her taking a fish hook to the eye on the playground and how absolutely absurd that is because why would there be fish hooks on the playground, Sandra? In the comments though, she is talking to someone who actually witnessed the accident and specifies it was a fishing
pole she took to the eye. We're about the same age and I distinctly remember a bit of play park equipment that was shaped like a small boat and had swinging steel "fishing poles" that you could pretend to cast on. Pretty sure she took one of these to the eye, and her mom's story was just an innocent slip up, "she took a fishhook to the eye at the playground." Also, all those abusive words just sound like the frustrated mother of a teenage girl to me.
