My advice to Ody (much to chagrin of the other posters here) would be to not take Nasser up on his offer. @FROG did you a big favour by not parading you in front of the mob. Ody actually has the talent to make it big without resorting to drama and / or gay-opery. Liam will take all the blame for the "problems" of Xenotype while Ody will receive all the credit.

If the details of their arrangement are true: that sucks. If Ody has legit quit Xenotype and the Conquest Comics team then he should just write his own thing. After Darkness his pre-Xenotype book is gorgeous and after the hype of Xenotype and that big time Manga competition (which was a great idea) I think its only a matter of time before hes working for Shonen or some shit anyway.

And poor Ody, what does he get? He's been cheated out of money, had his art mangled, has been tricked into dropping out of education, has had his reputation ruined in Comicsgate and WC by Frog and Liam, has had it ruined in the mainstream by associating with comicsgate, and finally loses any chance of telling his side of the story.

That's pretty weak, oportunist, and transparent suggestion, IMHO.

Maybe he feels threatened by Jon's work? I don't know. Micah should feel insignificant towards pretty much everyone else in existence based on his stupid behavior. Apparently, Ody drew the book like a manga to be read from right to left, back to front. Liam formatted the book to be read from front to back, instead on back to front, with the individual pages still being read right to left.

It's an interesting thought, because he's really good. But I've got a lot going on this year already.

Liam raped this kid. SNOWMAN has made $81,000. It'll reach $100K. After I print, fulfill, and take my cut, Matt Martin is looking at a $50K payday. And Matt is only drawing 48 pages.

I wonder if I could promote a good Manga project and get ALL CAPS MANGA into the bookstore chains?

I would suggest being an artist-for-hire until he grows a bit. His drawing skills are proven. He'd probably make more money too. After this fiasco to fail at his first solo campaign would be tragic.
