Hey Len, for Libel cases to be resolved in the plaintiff's favor (i.e. you, since that's a fancy-schmancy legal word you probably don't get) they must be proven

1. Untrue
2. Known to be untrue by the party that printed them at the time
3. Were printed with the express purpose of maliciously harming your reputation
4. Your reputation was, in fact, harmed, in a way that cost you tangible losses (i.e. feels don't count)

Now, nos. 2-4 are all predicated on no. 1 being met.

And since you are, in fact, an enormous loser with wierd sexual predilections, well, sorry, your case doesn't even pass the laugh test. And if that WAS posted by your lawyer, you've found probably the dumbest one in the Commonwealth since even first-year PRE-law students know how libel does (or does not) work.

tl:dr I laugh at you Len, and you are powerless to stop me! Muahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

I found this on the Erica R Stone page and couldn't help but wonder why Hy would directly use his personal Facebook page to respond to a thread. And, not only have grammar about as good as Len, but tag himself in the posts multiple times. Upon further examination it appears to be his actual Facebook. Perhaps (@Saul Goodman) a phonecall should be made because I sure would hate to see if someone was posting as Hy without him knowing it. @Schuylkill Valley know anything about this?

I think it's time to leave Mayerson alone. He has nothing to do with this other than having had the misfortune to catch Lennay's attention.

He is real and that post -- while absolutely hilarious -- does not appear on his Facebook page. Let Len ruin his own reputation/Google footprint. Not those of innocent bystanders.

I agree about leaving Mayerson out of this, part of the reason why I wanted us to get an email confirmation that Len was bullshitting is so Len would hopefully drop it and leave Hy alone himself instead of spitting his name everywhere.
