If trolling means to purposefully make himself look like a pervert on an account linked to his real identity, then keep doing it.

Neither scenario seems like a master plan of any kind, there's no "300 IQ" move here regardless of what his intentions are. The only way this would be actual trolling is if that account wasn't Derich's.

My current question is why did it take so long for him to discover internet porno? Did his parents recently turn off safe search? Did he get to the page where it asks if you're 18 and answer honestly?

It's a a step up from the "cute little girls" playlists, like literally one step up. The girls being over 18 is the only thing that makes this situation better everything else is just as creepy and gross.

Might have been because of virtual classes due to covid.

Instead of being in a physical classroom, he's just doing school from home now. Probably just ignoring school and jerking off literally all day while his parents ar at work and he's home alone.

Could be somebody usually has a close eye on Derich and now that he's left to his own devices he's begun spiraling into a black hole of autism, aspergers, porn, and retweets.

I see what you mean, but I feel like having a "no fucks given" attitude, not caring about what people think of your tweets, would have a lot more value if Derich actually had any awareness about what his tweets look like to others. Based on what we know of him, I find it hard to believe he does.
