Now to be fair, were this anyone else I'd be a lot more skeptical, because he iirc he was getting his ass handed to him by a couple of black chicks who looked like they were having a grand old time trolling and I would totally believe they did that just to watch him go ballistic.
On the OTHER hand, Lou says so much racist shit and starts dropping misogynistic/racist/transphobic slurs left and right when he gets assmad, so for me the only thing that would surprise me if he DID send that DM would be that he didn't just say it right out in the open.

Speaking as someone who followed Lou before he ever had a thread, I can assure you that the only thing this thread has done is make Lou less casual about his lies and more accountable for his spending. Lou used to scream, "My mother is dead!" and "I'm Jewish!" as argumentative trump cards, but thanks to this forum he's been forced to not use those lines so casually because he knows people will come down on him like a ton of bricks for lying. And before this forum thread got as popular as it did he used to need "shoes and blankets" multiple times a month and then would inexplicably scream at WalMart for not giving him cash back on something he returned, or he would magically acquire a fresh new iPad or Chromebook after collecting the money, kind of like how he claimed one day he had lost his apple pencil (while writing his request in his tablet with something that had obvious pressure sensitivity), then the next day suddenly had over $200 to buy a digital picture of Wonder Woman, and the very next claiming he was starving and needed money to feed himself. Now he knows he can't invent emergencies every day because he has eyes on him, and he can't use a lot of his old insults on people because they were racist, misogynist, or just more obvious lies such as calling people who disagreed with him pedophiles or rapists without a shred of evidence to back his claims up.
So it seems to me that we've already helped Lou become a better person. I watched him for well over a year before this thread was around and saw him threaten to punch his his nephew multiple times, quote "Kill all Lawyers" when Boozy ignored him, and go on huge screeds on his twitter attempting to raise up a mob against certain people because he wanted to force them to let him close and do what he wanted around them even though he had attacked their friends enough that they didn't feel safe in his presence. He bites his tongue a lot more and actually thinks about the consequences of his actions. I mean, he still refuses to get a job and stop mooching off his elderly mother whom he insults and has attacked to the point that she's called the police on him multiple times, but it seems that the only thing that keeps him in line is the knowledge that people are going to hold him accountable for his actions. If that's the only way to get him to be a better person, then I'll take it. You should too.

I kind of get the feeling this was a base, or one of those furry artists that can't draw more than one type of head. I'm wincing so much at the anatomy and the way the stripes are so half assedly drawn is just ugh.
As an example, here is what a real tiger head looks like. And I actually picked this one because it had tufts on the cheeks like the picture. But note that the image has triangular ears while the actual tiger has rounded ears, and the stripes are almost vertical down the sides of the face and not horizontal like most lazy artists who can't be bothered to use a reference do.
Lou's image I could recolor and claim it was a fox or a cat or whatever. And I see way too many fandom artists that have no idea how the head connects to the neck. And where the hell is the light source coming from? the head is shaded as if it's coming from the left, but the hand and left ear are shaded as if it's coming from the right. It's a case of an artist flailing around to try and make something look cool with no understanding of why they're doing it. Also, the fact that Lou can't or won't post who the artist is makes me suspect they're underage.
As I've said I work with a lot of creative types. Ones that actually have degrees or privately studied as opposed to copying their favorite anime or tracing Disney. It's rubbed off on me enough and I've heard enough rants that stuff like this instantly pops to mind when I look at art like this.

To be fair, Lou specifically goes for underage/beginner artists because they're the only ones who take commissions for the kind of pittance he's normally offering, and 'idk how to draw different species' is a plague among that sector. Any species sort of melds into one ambiguous feline/canine/vulpine blob, though in this case it's even more generic than that so it's entirely possible it's a YCH that can be human or anthro because I mean... look at it, that's a Chris Hart anime girl with some squiggles on either side of the face, lol.
Lou has proven over and over that he uh, doesn't have high standards when it comes to artwork (I mean he's a fan of Gneech, lol), but for me this one is gonna be a problem for him because this person doesn't know how how to draw beyond basic anime style so they've given even a headshot a twiggy little neck that implies a little shotaboy waif of a body. So yet again Lou can look forward to people drawing his character with the wrong body type LOL.
