Alright, I've started going through the PMs I grabbed, looking for anything noteworthy. There's no way in hell I'm going through all 4000 of these, so I've decided to just start with PMs from people listed as being in Yurt from 2018 and later. Here's all the PMs from Kaktus. It's nothing super interesting or noteworthy, but it does show that Roget was the primary mouthpiece used to push nu-SCP/Black Highlighter when the people developing it were trying to get it Admin-approved, so that's something. I'm doing this one person at a time to avoid uploading too many files at once.

I was the Goebbels of the group for sure I had the strongest rhetorical prowess and knew the power brokers best. I was a key cog in the Yurt machine.

Here’s some screenshots of the “cosmic brothel” discord server from the Rura affair where that was a porny server in the SCP orbit that had minors and adults mixing, I believe it eventually got shut down after it was discovered but I do not recall through what end it was disposed of

I've been told Rura never owned the server. Granted, I have NO idea who Rura is, that may have been outside of my sphere of knowledge, but it's still good to make sure people know Rura isn't actually involved in that. This is secondhand obviously, I have no idea who Rura is or that this Cosmic Brothel even existed in the first place.

I believe Rura does/did operate some sort of NSFW server with SCP people in it, but I'm also pretty sure that they're strict about letting minors in. I've never gone anywhere near it though, so I can't confirm anything.

Sounds like a Yurt hatchet job to me... I vaguely recall her name but it might have happened when I was in one of my flakier periods where my attention was spread thin. But if it has Rounderhouse and Kaktus the Yurt would have at least been an echo chamber to complain in if not actively stir up beef

Can confirm Rura and Kaktus had some really big ongoing beef. IIRC, Kaktus would be rather hostile to her unprovoked - could be misremembering.

This is old news and it’s not really important. We should just move on from the topic as a whole.

Edit: Please also put more effort into your posts while the thread is this busy (spellchecking, factchecking, etc.). Don’t feel like you have to rush to contribute. This is how actual good info gets buried under bullshit.

The first half isn't that unrealistic, I recall Kaktus being pretty creepy now and then in DMs, but I hadn't spoken to him in forever by the time I left.
