On this video, it gives you quite a clear view of her face. Seems quite a bad burn scars and you could see it on her neck too, as well as the 'jagged nostril'. I have seen burn victims with their nose burned out into sort of slit-shaped like that. Poor thing, really. This kind of thing can affects someone's self image a lot. The short, stubby fingers could be a result of burn too, her hands seem to have scars. extremities like finger tips seem to get easily damaged in burn cases - if not because of the damage from burn itself, when you put someone on induced coma to do grafts, it could lower circulation enough for the finger tips to partially rot off. Some of her fingers looked to be amputated and missing nails/last joint - and showing sign of skin contracture.
The hair on hair face is likely from graft site with hair, I couldn't imagine if she went on T next unless she could get these electrolysed.

Elbe case is strange, there are so few stories about him around and a lot seem like a word-by-word legend combined with the limitation of medical science nearly 100 years ago. We've advanced and understand human anatomy better since then. What he talked about himself seem like he transitioned because of a fetish, I knew a lot of male artists who drew a lot of female nude art who ended up transitioning (my friend too..) and their reason seem like it is because of their fantasy. Elbe seemed to become much more overtly sissy/demure after he trooned out even for a women's standard too... I wonder if it is related
The later interview that suppose him to have ovaries tissue is strange, I wonder if it's just a misunderstanding because of shoddy technology at the time, simply something a doctor said it to not out himself as homo, or that he was a legit intersex of some type then the case would be much more interesting... He was castrated and presumably had testicles though. but mosaicism can happen.. If anyone's got info on this I'd be appreciated.
Really though, If you know Weimar era and how open it was back them for all weird sexual impulses, Berlin was the place where you can walk down the street to fuck a girl, her mom and a horse next to each other back then. - as well as German culture that seems to love autistically defining and categorising everything, it steeped deep in their medicine and academia at the time. It was one of the second place in the word that amended 'legal sex change' after Sweden in 1981, and probably the first place to allow a select cases of people to change sex marker before that... Or how roid-doped East German female athlete were sort of forced to be FtM later in life because they were not seen as female anymore socially. I think they'd still be obvious for us troon-spotter, but to many people, they can't look past the outside change and their brain jumped to 'that must be a man'.
So really, all it seems to me like a medical experiment from the time where it was socially acceptable for everyone to be a sex pest and chopping body parts down for 'science'. A sad life, really, that is now whitewashed as brave, stunning, and worth an Oscar nominee.

Earlier in this thread, I pointed out to another user that a common tell for MtF troons is the distance between the mouth and the edge of the face. On the other hand, FtM troons can be easily outed by seeing the lack of distance between the edge of the mouth and the edge of the face. The fact is, women have smaller jaws and different skull shape.
A good example of this is a recent episode of Dr. Phil. A woman went on the show who was very tall, had a deep voice, and maybe a look that many of troons wish they had. Personally, I found this woman to be beautiful and I was upset because I worried trannies would find this validating somehow if they saw it, but I digress (she was from a set of triplets as well, for some reason I'd expect troons to fetishize that).
Anyway, here is the video clip. You'll notice the lack of distance between the edge of the mouth and the edge of her face, and this is the mark of a true and honest woman. Some women have bigger jaws, obviously, but this is a tell we can rely on.

I think, reading that carefully. It's referring to the Christine Jorgensen 'First Sex Change' being to help with homosexuality. And that is sad if true.

I know, that''s why I mentioned that Lili Elbe was probably also a homosexual and probably that was why they did what they did to him. I mean, I can't imagine with the mentality towards homosexuality back in the 30s that they'd do this butchery to a straight man. But who knows.
And thanks to this thread, Lili wasn't the first patient. An intersex man had a type of SRS given to him in the early 1900s. Perhaps Lili was indeed intersex, which is why they thought they could implant a woman's internal sexual organs in him.
I am also currently reading The Man Who Would Be Queen, and I'm currently on the chapter about John Money's gender quackery, and boys who had a birth defect or were perhaps intersex, who's doctors told the parents that they'd have to accept their son as girl, because what's life as a man without a penis? Interestingly enough, in the very small study they did of 14 patients (who the parents told them that they were born a boy), 7 refused to live as a girl and were adamant they were a boy, despite their genitals, and the other 7 accepted themselves as girls, though the author makes sure to point out there were not followups into why these boys accepted being a girl despite being born a boy.
Unfortunately that's about as far I have gotten in the book (due to life), but I have to admit, it's a very good read so far, and makes an interesting read on gender dysphoria, and also what's started this whole gender identity ideology in the first place.

Taking a second look, even though it does kind of look like burn tissue, if she got in some sort of accident as a child involving a pot of boiling water on her head or something, wouldn't her eyebrows be way more patchy? Burns fuck over your follicles and that's (apparently) a full facial burn.
At least she's not self conscious about it I guess, because if I were self conscious about being a burn victim "transitioning" is the last thing I'd do. But since "NB's" are all narcissistic attention whores I bet not a day goes by when she prays someone asks wtf is up with her face.

I'd like to give an update on the troon from a few months ago with an insatiable addiction to his collection of stuffed My Little Pony animals. After spending every ounce of extra cash he had on a collection of MLP stuffed toys while being both jobless and in school with his only source of income being inconsistent revenue from driving his broken down vehicle for Grubhub sheckles, he is now broke to the point of eviction and more importantly to him .... OH NO! HE CAN'T FUND HIS HORMONES! He has resorted to getting his roommate to self inject him with estrogen in some nigger rigged solution to solving his fetish. I'm sure this is 100% safe and you can trust the roommate of a troon do apply this properly and it won't lead to any complications in the future.
So how did he end up in this situation ( a recap)? He has some weird obsession with MLP despite being a man in his almost mid 20s that's like 6'5 and splurges on stuffed animals with the totally healthy obsession of him constantly posting pictures of him sleeping, driving, watching TV shows, etc with them.
A lot more at the designated account, but I don't think they're worthwhile to waste space archiving
He also has minor troon outs from time to time that involve anything from yelling at Sonic employees making minimum wage for not using pronouns or some shit, crying over TV shows for 5 year old girls, and having panic attacks at Christmas mass services
I'll be glancing over his situation from time to time in the current months but this is obviously going to end up with him being homeless, in which he will blame Trump or racism for his problems, and then maybe lead to some sort of addiction or suicide in the future.

The first mention about ovaries seems like he never had them, but rather was transplanted in later. - But the question arised later as if they could not find the complete ovaries in subsequent surgeries. This assume that it was never completely transplanted in the first place or his body 'rejected' it and started to degrade somehow.
Kidney issues were presumably true, - However it is questionable if Elbe's death has absolutely nothing to do with the operation at all. See the word 'Andreas in the book, Lili Elbe to us'. Seems like the writer supported the trans narrative and believe that the operation should not go wrong and may wished to blame the failure on something already existing in him. His relatives may wanted to respect his wish and perhaps 'delusion' is succinct - Remember that not everyone has any in-depth medical knowledge and even doctors themselves made mistakes so often (medical mistakes were barely represented in mainstream sentiment and there's a lot of white lies in medical field)
The disjoint between how he acted in the clinic and another place just seem like a classic troon behaviour to me, to seem good in front of professionals.

In interwar Poland we had at least one case of a female-to-male/ intersex-to-male transition. Zofia Smętek (born 1910), an athlete, was "assigned female at birth", diagnosed as intersex later in life and underwent surgical transition in 1937. Everything we know about this case is mostly from the press and the medical documents were probably destroyed during the war. Smętek lived as Witold, got married to women twice, after WWII he didnt continue his career in sports, but went to uni, got a degree in history and became a tourist guide. Oh, and he had his own kids as his type of intersexuality didnt make him infertile.
We also had Stanislawa Walasiewicz, an afab intersex athlete. Her intersexuality became a known fact after she died in a bank robbery in Ohio and an autopsy was conducted. Walasiewicz had an Y chromosome, no wonder she was a blast on the sports field.

I think the idea that men are too inhibited in regards to their feelings is kind of a myth.
Like the typical way it's framed is that men are artificially pressured not to cry (just one example). But there's actual physiological reasons why males cry less than women. Higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of prolactin make it harder for men to cry. I don't think your average man needs to be shamed into not crying. (Though perhaps the outliers, more naturally sensitive men, get shamed about crying.)
I think men have different emotional needs than women. They don't feel some emotions as intensely as women, specifically due to testosterone. FtMtF detransitioners report that T blunted their emotions (also made them more ragey).
The approach of "letting it all out and having a cry" (or similar exhibitions) isn't useful to men because they have different needs, not necessarily because they're suppressing things.

To bring this back around to trannies: I first encountered that article on twitter where the author was posting in some big tranny thread. I'm paraphrasing, but he said something about how at his school, the troon menace had shown up to integrate locker rooms. So what he and his buddies did was they cleared out the men's locker room and let any females use it. They guarded the door to keep males out. It's really a brilliant approach because what are the troons gonna do, start demanding access to the men's room again?
