I mean, I don't expect her to; she's proven she's not smart enough to even file the proper response to a Report and Recommendations, even when the judge explicitly explained to her what she needed to file. All she knows how to do is keep filing the same rambling "complaint" over and over. I'm just asking if it's theoretically possible, and how that would work if she did.

Yes. But there is pretty much 100% chance that the district court's judgment would be affirmed, and her appeal dismissed by the appeals court for the same reason district court dismissed her suit.
She has 30 days to appeal as per Rule 4 of FRCP
