Marx didn't even care about under developed countries and races at all, he even thought the british colonizing India and Africa was good because industrializing backwards nations brought them closer to socialism. I think most people who ascribe to political extremes are the kind of people who do so because having nuance is too difficult to them. It's much easier to just accept whatever is popular in their particular political community, so Evola might as well be Trotsky if he gets enough upvotes.
