Plagued Super Smash Bros. Community

Funny how the people screeching about how inappropriate the boobs are don't seem to have any issue with Sephiroth getting not one, but two different shirtless skins. Not to mention how that man probably has more smut drawn of just himself than the entire cast of Xenoblade combined.
Don't forget Shulk, who also has a costume consisting of him running around in his underwear.

But no, things that appeal to heterosexual men are illegal now. Men can be sexualized to hell and back and no-one will cry foul, but the moment a fictional woman looks attractive, suddenly it's sexism and objectification and needs to be banned.

See, I'm usually slightly on the side of the bitches complaining about this shit if only because usually it's only the women who are being blatantly sexualized by being half-naked and shit (not just them being pretty, or having big boobs, but usually wearing outfits that were designed to show as much skin as possible. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but let's just be honest here), but that's not even the fucking case right now, and it just shows how fucking hypocritical these cunts are.

What I'm saying is that Smash has given us the rare event where both sides have been catered to for once (both sides being men and women) when it comes fanservice, and these jealous, holier-than-thou dumbasses have gone out of their way to whine about it. Who cares if Pyra, and Mythra have big boobs, and look pretty? Sephiroth is literally running around shirtless, and in tight leather pants. Both sides have won. Get over it.

It's because of two things why these people are really complaining:

1. They are Smash fans so it's an issue that Pyra and Mythra are too old for them.

2. They were drawn by a hentai artist which makes everything worse apparently.

Why do people hate the inclusion of Pyra / Mythra?
  • Franchise association / "I HATE XENOBLADE >:[" / "NOW THERE'S TOO MANY XENOBLADE CHARACTERS >:["
  • Rosterfagging / "IT'S NOT MY PICK >:[" / "IT'S NOT MY ANIME SWORD FIGHTER >:["
  • Battered smasher syndrome (onset by Nu-Fire Emblem) / "ANOTHER ANIME SWORD FIGHTER AND NOT A BRAWLER OR WESTERN GUNNER >:["
  • Sex appeal / "HER BOOBS MAKE ME ANGRY >:[" / "I WANTED ANOTHER SHIRTLESS GUY >:[" / "SHE ALREADY HAS PORN >:["
Out of these four general reasons, I think most people are mad because it wasn't THEIR anime sword fighter (Travis Touchdown, Dante, Raiden, ETC.) and general rosterfagging. I know this isn't new, but I did find it weird how the biggest complaints for this Nintendo Direct were "too much anime" and "it's all fucking ports" when that was a common theme for every Direct.

My only complaint about the direct was a new PvZ game that’s not in the classic style and the blatant shovel ware of that DC game.

as for the pyra debate? I’m cool with her. Nothing can disappoint me more than Steve but hey I can just not buy him. Plus it’s neat to see the switching mechanic return like for Pkmn trainer or Zelda from the older games

Where’s all the crying over Captain Falcon’s massive bulge then? Shouldn’t he have a tiny little shota penis too?

#UnbanNairo was trending Friday and got up to number 1. It won't make a difference since Twitch won't unban him.
You'd think they'd learn that Twitter hashtags usually do nothing on twitter like with FreeMelee and most other smash hashtags, but here here we are I guess, How do you think it'll go when they realize it's not going to make a difference?

The Smash community isn't the brightest bulb in the package and unless Zack comes out and admits the allegations he made against Nairo are false, I don't see Twitch unbanning at all. He might stick to Youtube but who knows.

To be fair, that's just staying true to the game he comes from where everyone can run around in their underwear if you so choose.

It just seems weird to me as generally, women WANT too look attractive. They want men to notice their body. They just don't want them to be pigs about it.

Bayonetta herself was designed by a woman, and I would think she knows how this sort of thing works.

This whole attitude that's sprung up over the last decade or so sparked from insecure women who can't stand the idea of improving themselves as people, so they feel the need to drag others down to their level. As well as insecure men who enable this behavior and don't stand up for themselves.

Both are fucking nerds who play games designed for young children and take them way too seriously.

and yes I do realize the irony in me saying that

The funny thing is, this is unrelated to Smash but Youtube is a better streaming platform now compared to Current Twitch so he has a safe avenue to stream from

One could argue Shulk's swimsuit alt isn't supposed to be fanservice but there's no way they didn't know what they were doing when they added a shirtless Sephiroth alt. You would have to be living under a rock to not know how people feel about him.

Meh people have been crying about this shit since Lara Croft's pixels graced the PlayStation and were the boyhood fantasy of kids in the 1990s.

The only thing that changed was corporations started taking them seriously but as another user here said take one look at Twitter and you'll see sexy ain't going anywhere.

>one of the worst cases of misogyny in Nintendo history
now do cases of misandry when female gamers/fans ogle Captain Falcon, Little Mac, Link, Sephiroth, Simon, etc.
Reminder Pyra/Mythra at their full power can rewrite the reality they live in and they were created in order to protect humanity because the creator of their universe was going to die because his evil half in the first game got himself killed.
