Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Even if somehow you got a lady's array of flora, how the fuck do they think they're going to "grow" muscle in their inverted dick? If that were even close to feasible 50% of surgeons would be out of business because hypothetically your heart could just repair itself.
That's a great point. Someone with a crap heart can't will themselves into a healthy heart via heart surgery after a heart attack/major blockage-- it will always remain a damaged organ.

It's so glaringly obvious to me that these are men-- there's always going to be an obvious lack of thigh gap on someone with male hips. Even fat women have some kind of space between the borders of their vulva and where their legs begin. There's something about the positioning of the legs, the ass cheek positioning, the lack of space between the genitalia/wounding and the legs, the placement itself. It's like there's no way to look convincing if your pelvic bones are all "wrong".

The lack of thigh gap probably makes this kind of thing more difficult to heal, as these men's thighs will constantly be chafing against their wounds. If the wound is more towards the front, their guts will be chafing against it instead, which isn't much better.

Even when I was at my height of pregnancy, at 172lbs (I'm short), there was still a space between my thighs where they met my pelvic bones. It's like the "chunkiest parts" of the thighs that rub together are a few inches below where the vulva are on most women. Makes sense biologically, I suppose, in that constant chafing and closing that area off to any air circulation would cause a ton of problems for women. I'm guessing aside from not having the wider pelvic bones to begin with, men don't have that thigh gap because they don't need it, their balls hang further out from their bodies. I'd even go as far as to say there's a "gut gap", too. The lower portion of a woman's belly normally stops a few inches above the vulva, whereas on men the gut hangs closer to their dicks. A woman has to get really fat before her gut spills over her genitalia.

I've actually heard men parrot the bullshit that "thighgaps are unhealthy" (you know, trumpeted by fat activists all the time)
lol I guess I'll just tell my pelvic width to calm down then (and I can't believe we've gotten so cozy that "child bearing" hips are being shamed now), but he also said "I wouldn't date a girl with a thigh gap" and I was just like.... They wouldn't date you either buddy, if you think your opinion and bad women's anatomy has any stake in how a woman's body works.

“All surgeons say this is text book normal vulvar anatomy surgeon: Kathy Rumer”

Even the trannies are telling the truth. There’s no excusing this pathetic attempt of a ‘vagina’:

It legit just looks like the surgeon sliced his penis in half.

Not all of us who possess ovaries and uteruses have thigh gaps, even when we're not obese. Perhaps we just don't have as glorious child-bearing hips as our sisters or maybe we have unfortunate fat distribution. I bet we all have similar pelvic tilt though.

These are straight women wanting to live out their gay man fantasies. Having a large "penis" is part of it. Either for aesthetic reasons or for presumed functionality.
Penises don't look like really bad hernias with hairs on the end. The mental gymnastics needed to think they look anything like the opposite sex are astounding.

FFS seems like a (very expensive) scam to me. The changes always seem so minor to me, and there's a real chance the surgeon could botch it and leave part of your face deformed/paralyzed.

You can actually see the hairs if you look closely at that last one... 🤢

You know, FFS, if done properly can really change a person's face. It's probably the only successful surgeries a troon can have. The problem is it's only successful in a small percent of troons, and they have to be super young.

Found some more mutilated genitals.

She has this proud look on her face as if she's saying "Look at my massive cock!" but she honestly just looks like a freak. No real man walks around with a Coke can-sized bulge in their pants, what a fucking abomination.
Why any of these people think people will want to have sex with these pringles can flesh tubes? If I bought a dildo that looked like this I'd be extremely disappointed. Plus, I don't think most women or gay men truly want to be stretched to that size anyway, especially not for something that has no feeling and can grow hair 🤢. Might as well just use an actual coke can at that point, or a pool noodle.

You can tell she’s a lesbian who trooped out because any woman who has PIV sex would not want a fucking Coke can shoved inside. She probably just saw straight women mention that girth is more pleasurable then length and went ham. My god that would not be pleasant...

kinda sad how even botched trans women vaginas look more like a vagina than my actual fucking vagina. Is it cruel to say I want completely botched operations done on some just so I feel better about myself?
What the fuck happened to your vagina? Unless it got blown apart in the war I doubt it looks worse than these. If you’re insecure about really long labia minora (which seems to be the big complaint that actual women get surgery for) you already have something these troons will never have. Most don’t even HAVE labia minora. And you don’t have horrific scarring, a vaginal opening that’s below the actual labia or wrinkly ball skin. I promise it is not worse.

I kind of hate that I know enough to be able to answer this, lol.

Some of it could be surgical glue, but most of that sludge is necrotizing flesh. The pus-looking stuff is the dead skin sloughing off. And yes, this is "normal", at least for Dr. Kathy Rumer's butchery.

From the mouth of another one of Dr. Rumer's victims happy customers:

That's true for all of this, though. It's all an expensive scam to help men larp, always goes horribly wrong even when it's "right", and creates lifelong customers.

Kind of a fucked note on FFS but basically these procedures can be done on normal men and women so therefore it isn't just troonery. BUT going to a troon surgeon means they put a bigger price tag on the exact same procedures. I know of someone irl who tells other mtfs to not go to troon surgeons because of the predatory ass market .

Found this on reddit; thought they were getting a different kind of surgery. Description only. I'm bad at visualizing from reading text so could a brave soul explain or draw a primitive picture? No idea how this would work. I feel sort of sorry for the bastard, since he seems to have been misinformed.

I think the procedures that trans people are getting done are far more invasive than the skin-deep ones which is the bread and butter of the plastic surgery world. There's a world of difference between pulling the skin a little tighter or taking in ones décolletage, and literally SHAVING DOWN THE BONE OF YOUR SKULL TO REFORM THE SHAPE OF YOUR HEAD. A nose job might be a little closer to what they're doing, but even then you're mostly working with skin and cartilage.

The closer comparison perhaps was made somewhere upthread when someone mentioned the reconstructive surgeries for WWI veterans in terms of how extreme and risky some of these procedures are. Only troons haven't been to war and are doing this entirely voluntarily.
