Seminal plasma or 'semen' itself does not
in toto cross the vaginal wall. Many of the molecules that comprise it are too large to do so. If seminal plasma could permeate the vaginal mucosa and enter the circulatory system its viscosity would obstruct capillaries and cause cell death. It is conceivable that some of the smaller molecules that comprise semen could permeate the vaginal mucosa but none of these are DNA.
The only genetic material in human ejaculate is that found in the spermatozoa and leukocytes. There is no DNA in seminal plasma.

Most importantly, you lack awareness of a basic scientific principle called "permeable cell membrane". Any substance that remains on a surface for any length of time will infuse into the surface/matter over time. This is why wood rots when you leave water on it. Or why a plastic bottle remains oily after holding olive oil or barbeque sauce. Or why lotion works on skin. It gets absorbed because the cell has a permeable membrane.

The DNA that is present in seminal plasma is that which is carried in spermatozoa and in leukocytes and both of those are far too big to cross the vaginal mucosa. - there exists DNA in ejaculate aside from that contained in spermatozoa and leukocytes;
- a spermatozoon can cross the vaginal mucosa and make its way into the circulatory system;
- a whole DNA molecule can traverse the vaginal mucosa and make its way into the circulatory system; and
- a DNA molecule suspended in blood plasma can have a genomic function.
These are the implications of your scientifically illiterate claims and it is these that are being disputed because they are absolutely false and have no evidentiary basis. Your claims about human reproduction are bullshit that you made up or pop science that you misunderstood.
It's no different than saliva. All body fluids can carry disease, as well as other contents like DNA.

The point here is that (foreign) DNA--which you mistakenly believe is in suspension in seminal plasma--can't cross the vaginal mucosa and enter the circulatory system and that even if it did it would have no genomic effect on either the mother or the fetus.

Ejaculate is not blood. and there is no "exchange of white blood". Seminal plasma and blood plasma have a similar composition--as I have shown above--but they function as media for completely different cells. Erythrocytes/leukocytes and spermatozoa are structurally and functionally completely different. Again, some of the smaller molecular components of seminal plasma could conceivably cross the vaginal mucosa but none of these are DNA.

Marriage as an institution has decreased in importance as Capitalism and Democracy has emerged and gained strength. Women no longer need marriage for sex or financial resources and men no longer need to marry women to obtain sex and children. In modern times both men and women can find attention, intimate conversation and sex anywhere these days.
The ability to find attention, intimate conversation and sex outside of marriage with such ease is one reason marriages do not last anymore. The majority of people no longer value the sacredness of a Covenant. They'll take a cheap thrills wherever they can find it.
Not that I condone that. I believe that Elohim's ways are Eternal and that keeping sex and emotional intimacy within the context of Covenant is best. This is why I still believe in the principle of marriage.
