If I may take a page from my discount psychology book and soapbox from my torn armchair, I'll throw out a halfassed theory.

As we've seen for about 400 pages, Len has a very... unique worldview. He's convinced the Kiwi Farms is an extension of the Colebrookdale Railroad (to the point where people have claimed that he was searching for it in public), and he appears to accuse several people in this topic of being people he knows irl, and the dogged repetitiveness his accusations either leads me to believe he's either the genuine article or a higher plane of autism.

With that being said, one could posit that Len has a particular view of women, that being that they're all daft, pretty things that men can admire and play with, much like trains. It's a... rather disgusting thought, but Len is fairly old and his background can be mired in some belief of male superiority. His interactions we've seen with women have been minimal at best and the one that sticks out to me (that one with the female worker at Sears from one of @Gook Choy's stories iirc), where he tried to turn a "hug" into some kind of kiss, sounds like something I'd see in a mediocre romcom movie. Much like other lolcows, Len might derive all female behavior from romance films and other pop culture where female leads are treated as "that girl" that the male lead eventually gets.

I'm admittedly not basing this on much more than his spazzing about, and I'm as accreditted in psychology as @The_Iconoclast is, but that's my two cents.

I would like to point out that the earlier discussion with Len's views on women has been completely sidestepped in favor of flaunting his sockpuppet lawyer on the Farms. In the absence of an actual rebuttal, I'll submit my theory as an answer to Len's odd behavior on women. To give a concise summary of what I said earlier, Len's views on women are probably derived from shitty romcoms and he probably views them more like objects to be admired and loved than the opposite gender of the human race. Like trains.

Basically, Len's a depraved, sexist pig. Are we surprised?

I don't claim anything specific but I just find it interesting that a guy who lives on a farm, mows lawns and collects welfare for money and is creepy as fuck, needs to hide behind Tor, let alone know how to navigate it for reasons that are other than creepy.

True story. I only know (knew) one Tor user IRL. He was a late 50's fat, white guy with an extremely creepy, slimy personality. He'd keep telling me about Tor and how great is is. I wouldn't let him near my kids in a million years.

Then again, to be fair - Len probably has very good reasons for using Tor. Maybe he's in contact with Edward Snowden?
