I think Gibes is just trying to recruit for his own break-off cult:
That is a horrifying thought. Even though Penny and Bonnie are fucked up in their own right, they at least have some standards and actually do attempt to try to make something of the tranch, despite the fact they're hilariously inept at it. I mean at this point (i'm going by the pictures from that I remember), they have three troons who actually work, and two who stay inside and do nothing. When they do get a troon who wants to live at the tranch, he's automatically put to the hard labor, just so it helps take a load off Penny, Bonnie, and the other troon. And since all troons are liars and extremely lazy, we have the camp of "omg they worked me like a slave and forced me to have sex!!" (which it's become apparent the tranch inhabitants don't have sex, since castration kills your libido) to the tranch "omg it's a tranch. you're supposed to work! there's only three of us!!"
Kevin though, just attracts the troons that are lazy grifters like he is, and are just wanting a free place to stay with free food and so they can play out their degenerate fantasies. They're exactly the type who would go, "I'm Kevin's girlfriend, so therefore I can mooch off him and also do nothing like he does." And I wonder if Kevin tries to spin that type of narrative to his "girlfriends". "Like hey guys, come move to the tranch! It's great. You just lay around the house, sperging out on twitter, and you don't have to actually do any work. You can also grift for toys! Move in with me!"
Like the tranch is highly entertaining because of how stupid everyone is, though some do attempt to try, however horribly. Kevin with his own cult though...that's just too terrifying to think about.
