But if you took a picture of a no trespassing sign, how does that mean you didn't trespass? If you were close enough to take a picture of the sign, you could have gotten even closer, and been trespassing...

And second off: what does this have to do with the price of rice in China? Or the fact that you by your own admission and photographs have trespassed on property you were banned from?

Going up and taking a photo of a "no tresspassing" sign on/near a property you're not allowed to go on is like taking pictures of a woman from afar to prove you're not stalking her.
