Not really, but they don't need to. They probably have the resources to de-anonymize any traffic they really want to. The Dread Pirate Roberts takedown showed that even the FBI has that capability to some degree. TOR is reasonably secure for most rational purposes, but if a particularly ugly TLA is after you, TOR's security or lack of it is probably the least of your problems, because you're fucked.

TOR uses SHA1 which is still in "takes longer than the heat death of the universe to crack one key" territory, so I doubt that. DPR got caught because he was a retard who didn't set up his server properly and leaked the IP, among other things. Since a lot of new members are coming to see Len, I'm going to make a list of established Lennisms for all who are interested. Much like CWC and his CWCisms, Len has uniquely poor and quotable grammar. Famous and referenced examples of this are Lennisms.

1). "Privet detective". Roots: quote from Len's old @The_Knight_Rider account.

2). "Professional in my field". Roots: Also from @The_Knight_Rider.

3). "Fucking loosers". Roots: How Len spells "losers"

4). doxxing. Roots: Len has always given outrageous and inaccurate doxxes to the majority of the thread.

5). "M1 Carbeen". Roots: Was actually said by @John W Simon AKA @Saul Goodman, but was funny enough to be added to the list of Lennisms anyway.

6). "Squalls". Roots: Essentially the of the Shaner thread, Len said this in a video of two squirrels fucking. The video is now privet, so don't go looking for it.

7) "And for the next 60 minutes, it was really hot". Roots: Back on the @The_Knight_Rider account, Len posted a story where he pretended to be a person who watched Len have sex. This is the last line of the story.

. "Chines". Roots: Len said this to refer to Chinese people.

9). "Not wearing safety vests". Roots: Len had posted pictures of Colebrookdale Railroad workers and complained that they weren't wearing safety vests.

10). "Cartoon/Video game people". Roots: Len states that almost everyone on the Kiwi Farms is fake and actually a video game or cartoon character. He may or may not be serious.

12). "What ever". Roots: a phrase Len commonly uses to deflect criticism.

Actually, the rectangular version of the flag was the battle flag of the Confederate Army of Tennessee. The square version of the flag was the battle flag of the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia. You are forced to learn this kind of stuff when you spent fifth through eighth grades in Columbia, South Carolina. Len's little graphic is also intentionally misleading: it shows the first national flag of the Confederacy but not the second and not the third, both of which incorporated the "Southern Cross" battle flag into their designs.
