Y'know if Reine's dad willing, she may be able to buy the entire Cover corp. Maybe we'll get a better 3d model then and force Yagoo to be part of the Holostar.

But the one with such privelaged background is just Reine right? Like not even the entire ID lineup.

I'm actually more interested in her previous channels or careers than her personal life background, honestly. For what I know, I think her hobby and connections made during her study may play far more than his parents considering I don't think rich boomers would even consider VTubers as a legit and exquisite profession.

What's funny is that it meant that both Reine and Nijisanji CEO (Riku Tazumi) has similar backgrounds, just different preferences and priorities.

I'm gonna say it again, streaming is generally expensive. You need to have a privelaged background to be able to have money for your pc, your microphone, the games, etc. ID is a third world state where having a pc/laptop isn't a common everyday thing, most if not downright all ID would be upper-middle class at worst. Though if what you meant is being the princess of a multi-million dollar company, yea maybe it's just Reine. Moona is the most likely candidate though, since apparently she's half dutch which meant she most likely have a familial ties to either the wealth of ex-colonial oligarchs or some sultanate inheritance.

Context of the timestamped clip is the constant questions from chat about when she and Uto would collab (this was shortly after Uto debuted). So, she basically "cousin-zoned" Uto and pretty much emphatically hinted to stop fucking asking for a collab because it's not gonna happen. This was a few months back and chat got fucking annoying constantly asking for it.

Note the fact that she didn't even bother saying Uto's name and emphasized in the end how she felt closer to her Hololive family and that for her is what's most iimportant.

Ame may be a gremlin but she's the ultimate company girl/employee. She'll collab with a totally-non-English-speaking Holo senpai before a dirty bastard outside the Holo family. From a pure business standpoint, she doesn't gain anything from an Uto collab, and it would only channel monetized views/attention to a chubba that doesn't benefit the company bottom line.

Literally what I just meant. If I just meant "rich" people then its basically almost all of them since I dont think those talents (Botan, for clearest example) already has super high end PC from when they're starting Hololive gig while being dirt poor. I can safely say that most of them are even self made, if my memory serves correctly.

Like, most of them are pretty well off, but almost none of them are "conglomerate" princess.

She has been working as a 2D animator, and was part of a staff in Konosuba movie. That & her past life as an Indie vtuber were pretty much a guarantee.

Not really actually. They can collab with outside Hololive as their wish. But I dunno. Seems that the attitude towards collabs from EN versus JP and ID is wildly different. I'm still awaiting Kana and Gura collab to this day.

Apart from the language barrier, I can think that the actual reason is Utos shady background and obvious Hololive pandering if you remembered in the past. I do noticed that Ame seems rather uncomfortable whenever she refers to Uto.

Can we give them a third bomb just so we can set up a fair use clause in their constitution? For a country with as much media is generated out of them, it's a shame it doesn't exist.
