The reference image is from a viral video from a few years ago about the dangers of supposedly safe pool ladders and toddlers. Although it is a video, the image being referenced is a still that was widely used, e.g. here

The person who dropped it either recognised it immediately, or thought it was traced and googled "toddler pool ladder". LaBelle may have also googled that way.

Anyway, the thing is, Labelle may have unwittingly used a very widespread image, others may have been done from stuff off his Facebook feed and that and much harder to rumble him on.

Labelle is lucky that they aren't an actually noteworthy person, because they would be hit with a much larger backlash. If an athlete was revealed to be into this shit, they'd lose all of their sponsors and possibly get dropped by the league. If an actor did this, they wouldn't be able to secure any roles, especially with studios like Disney who have family friendly images to maintain. A CEO would be removed because this would negatively affect the company's value. If a politician was a diaperfag, they would be instantly asked to step down and would have no chance of winning another election.

Having a "not sexual" interest in diapers and children is not a good look. The only people who don't have a problem with this are all openly degenerates.
