Is Phil faking anonymous tips to ensure people tip 1-10 dollars for the 50/100 tips goals?

I didn't believe this before, but I fall firmly into this camp now. I went back and re-watched both the $25 and $49 "anonymous" tips, and they were about as bland a reaction as you could get to either. I also went back and watched his reaction to a $4 tip earlier from some fag, and it was basically the same reaction. I wish I could post the video with timestamps, but I'd have to wait for DDM video to finish uploading. There was no message with either tip, and a stream saving $49 tip with about 20 minutes left in the stream got about a 30 second reaction, and Phil immediately said he had to finish playing the game, and that was the end of it. It also makes sense that the tipper is "anonymous", so there is no way to verify the tip (or the person for that matter). Dsp says they dont want to be harrassed, but how has that stopped his spergs from wanting recognition in the past? If you're desperate enough to support DSP (and actually believe what he's peddling), you're probably desperate enough to want the attention in his chat. I know people will rate me optimistic or possibly dumb (lol), but this guy wants his streams to come off as successful and positive so much, I really believe he's willing to go this low. Plus the timing of these tips, as soon as he comes back from break (as if on cue), and right before the stream ends. Plus the $49 tip to get up to $99 was a stroke of genius (or faggotry), as he guarantees it wont be the last tip, and he can hold off as long as he wants for bait tips.

No power, on the other hand, would be a fucking riot to see, because I do think that Phil left to resort to candles, books and board games for 36 hours would see him reenacting The Shining with Kat as Wendy, guest-starring the emergency self-defense hatchet.

True my mind might be closer to envisioning how he'd react to losing power rather than the internet on ts own. Reminds me he had it happen during a playthrough of Alan Wake and chose to film it because it was part of the real life experience you could only get from the true average gamer.

Check yourself before you wreck yourself. You're not going to get a "and then everybody clapped" moment on the Farms by acting like the autistic illuminati. You're going to be mocked relentlessly. <---just a heads up if anybody plans to sperg out in the DSP threads.

The point isn't to proactively "destroy" DSP so we "win" some online war. If that were the case DSP would have been destroyed years ago, because there are so many people in the detractor sphere that if even 10% of us tried, his life could become untenable. He could be DDOS'd into oblivion, he could effectively be forced into having the most private life imaginable, he could be forced off the Internet. That's not the point here, and the reason it's not happening is because there's a consensus against poop-touching. We're here to laugh and document the daily degeneracy of a pigroach. Some of us feel hate for him (imo those people need to take a step back) and most of us are puzzled and entertained by him, but what makes this whole thing function is that we point and laugh and shit on retards who try to get clout off of taking DSP down through planning. We're not cowards, there's just a vaguely shared concept of distancing oneself in here, the cowards are the ones going behind-da-scenes to engage in gay-ops.

Don't listen to DSP when he claims we just allow everything and we have no boundaries. It's not true at all, and if you come in here expecting the gay-ops and spastic anarchy of Reddit or Twitter you will be unpleasantly surprised. If you come in here trying to get us involved in your hate-boner over taking DSP down/destroying his life/the lives of people he knows/knew, we're going to stop laughing at The Guy and start laughing at you.

This is why back when Tevin had beef with SOK he said that his information wasn't biased because he got it from Kiwi Farms and "it ain't biased because they shit on me too, it's Kiwi Farms they shit on everybody."

We're not going to use kid gloves because you're on "our side" against DSP. There are no fucking sides, except for the lolcow and the audience watching them. I agree with you about the reactions, but I don't think it's Phil faking the tips. I think it's more likely a prearrangement with a whale. They prearrange to tip the $25 after the break to try and get the tip train rolling to reduce the amount that they have to contribute later, right near the end, to get Phil to the $100.

Phil can't act worth shit, so he forgets to (poorly) pretend to be pleasantly surprised when the money comes in as expected, and he doesn't act gracious because he already probably thanked this person when the arrangement was made (and Phil is not one to double up on gratitude).

His lack of enthusiasm is likely underscored because he expected to hit the tips goal - $100 is the expectation in general now, and because arranging things this way just demonstrates that Phil's whales have him by the balls - his regular fans are not tipping sufficiently to hit the goals without massive whale intervention on most streams. The more he deals with weirdo whales trying to push him for something (OiC and modship), Phil is probably leery about the amount of influence these degens are building over him. Putting it at $99 is also kind of a challenge to Phil's regulars to actually do something, and may be a whale getting a bit cheeky.

This pattern of apparently tipping after break, and then following through in the last 10 minutes is also something that has happened repeatedly with seemingly identified tippers, namely OiC aliases. If it is prearranged, then it could be a standard plan that Phil uses to try to take some burden off of the whales and pressure his regulars to put something in.

He gets angry and panicked when he isn't hitting the tips goal, and he isn't angry and panicked here, suggesting that he isn't faking it, or he would be as on edge as when it's just low. But a whale following through on money he was expecting, and his audience otherwise failing him leaves him looking less than enthused.

Phil was content and relatively happy early in today's stream, that's a strong tell that he knows a paypig will save the day. And sure enough, that's what happened with lukewarm reactions to the MASSIVE TIPS.

We know from the bankruptcy that the financial records posted here are quite accurate. If Phil is faking tips, or getting anything "behind the scenes", it's not regularly. I doubt Phil would bother faking tips, tbh.
