Most women might have a stomach but its usually also around the back, or thighs and butt. Of course now she's gained so much that it has nowhere else to go but her arms, face and just now her ass

So people who are not eating themselves to death are dying from this minor little thing called a called Covid. With all of Chanatal's health issues, I wouldn't think WLS at an outpatient surgery center would be an option. Depending on how high the covid numbers are, most hospitals ha a put elective surgeries on hold or have limited them.
If there had been the option to get WLS without losing weight before, I would think it the pandemic has changed that. There is probably a long wait for elective inpatient elective surgeries, I would hope that a surgeon would expect the patient to use that time to lose some weight to make the surgery easier and less risky, and when your time gets close, and you don't lose, or most likely in her case have gained more, you should lose your spot to someone who made an effort.
She is too high of a risk to be considered for WLS, she would have to get the diabetes, liver function, blood clot, intestinal and skin issues under control before any sane doctor would consider it. Chantal is used to instant gratification, in her mind it's the other way around, getting weight loss surgery surgery would help cure all her health issues.
She saw ALR uploaded a video that looked somewhat honest, and some people are actually buying into it.
