There's no secret wisdom at church which is why they don't go. Boomer Christians just sit around praying for the rapture to happen so they can die early and go to the great Chinese buffet in the sky. If Fuentes asked his priest what he'd suggest about the political state in the US, he'd just tell them that the law of god is above the law of man and if god is unhappy with the US it will get what is coming for it eventually and the only thing he can really change is his own behavior. i.e. what everyone already knows.
Ultimately I think the smart people in the US are just doing the boomer route. They're buying weapons, bullion, crypto, and settling down in more rural areas and having families so that when the impending doom of the country comes and goes they'll hardly notice. There's some projections saying that the Amish are going to soon out reproduce the Mexicans and the US will be white again by 2100. Maybe that's the route forward.
Fuentes is very young and wants to punch way above his weight. He's also got the Trump problem where his audience was gained because his movement was funny. Trump was the funny candidate in 2016, and being a Groyper was the funny thing to do in 2018. Eventually the laughter stops and you have to actually come to terms with your base, ideology, and how you want to materialize that in the real world. And, if the joke becomes you, then you've got some serious fucking image problems you probably wont recover from.
