I'm a bit late but PAIS
is a real intersex disorder but it just results in a micropenis instead of "herm" nonsense. At worse the gentiles will be ambiguous, you won't have both like you'd expect for a "hermaphrodite". It
won't make you unable to pee from it and he
wouldn't have a secondary urinary tract or sexual organ to pee from with this disease. I looked up this person and they totally claim to have both which isn't what PAIS is at all. They also claim that they have female secondary sexual characteristics (which should
not be true regardless, and in the best case hormone treatment would let them develop normally as a man. While they claim that they have a clearly
male voice soooooooo I'm going to go with "crazy tranny" here. They might be too old for that treatment but again "clearly male voice")
"Jim" doesn't have a full name or condition listed. I could probably find it but that seems like more trouble than its worth. I will say that any condition with "two gentiles" is likely to hurt his sex life, since as above such a development would probably lead to neither working right (though I guess if he was a bottom it wouldn't matter too much? somebody tell me how gay sex works)
Johnny Tess has what is clearly described as "not an intersex condition". Pituitary glands not functioning correctly could stall development, but development disorders arn't intersex disorders. I hope this zoom meeting wasn't for medical students given that only one speaker could possibly have an intersex condition. Other than that the first use of human growth hormone treatment was in the 50s, so the guy would have to be like 80 for his story to be true. It becomes somewhat more plausible if he is talking about the far more readily available synthetic human growth hormone made in the 70s and clinically available in the 80s, but they'd still have to be like 50 for this story to be true.
I'm still not a doctor and could be wrong, so if anyone comes to defend their honor I'll just fold.
