The other side of this particular endless debate is that she had/has a fucked-up family, may have mental illness, and was likely going nowhere in her life, so Phil and all that a relationship with him entails was a step up for her.

She could be just a goddamn weirdo no-load and she lucked into living with and being supported by a man whose standards, and let's be honest here, aren't tremendously high.

Most girls know its super easy to trap a weak guy and drain him and its not hard to find the next mark. A lot of guys want to be the knight in shinning armour and that shit never works out.

Phil plays the victim and fits in with his narcissistic personality, he will always think his always right and hard done by by any small thing.

For anyone new to the DPS universe and is browsing this thread in hopes of finding some pahsitivity in DSP or thinking about giving him money: don't. DSP is actually infinitely more entertaining when he's crying about money during a stream.

ex: "We only got 15 minutes left in the stream and we only have..uhhhh...3$ in tips, so doesn't look like we're hitting the tips goal today"

He'll count down every minute it seems like as if he's in a control room for a shuttle mission. Then he'll cry even more either at the very end or the very next stream.

Compared to: Him hitting the tips goal. He clocks out early, he goes clown mode, he'll just beg for more the next stream anyway, and he's less attentive and not as aggressively begging.

Just don't give him money, it's way more entertaining than his actual streaming could ever be.

Something that has always perplexed me was the fact that paypigs (specifically whales) shell out money for a single stream and it isn’t enough. Could you imagine every time you turned on the tele on your favorite channel, you had to shell out money just so you would get a “quality” experience? That’s insane to me. Then again, these are not any ordinary people.
If there’s one thing Phil’s supporters should come to realize, it’s that they pay for Phil’s “entertainment” while we do not. If Phil gets boring, most detractors have something outside of this vortex we enjoy that isn’t disgraceful (don’t let me down on saying that).

I do wholly agree with the entire original post here, but wanted to trim it down to the core points.

I'm adding to this & my prior posts by merely reiterating this for emphasis here: Kat had literally nothing going for her in her life. Then she blunders into a situation that most true and honest gold-diggers would kill for. That is, as I've mentioned before, a life where their workload is below the standard average, even practically negligible, and they don't even have to let a freaky dude penetrate their body to maintain this easygoing life. Kat need only tolerate Phil's existence to maintain a middle class lifestyle in exchange for a workload that is even less demanding than what's required to maintain a low class lifestyle. And Phil will let her walk all over him to do so, because the alternative is he allows us detractors to point and laugh at him for adding another failed relationship on top of the first one. Horse wife is in the best spot she's ever been in for her entire life thus far.

To clarify the whole shtick regarding “us vs. the trolls.”

The vast majority of people saying “fuck the trolls” in Phil’s chat are so-called ironic trolls themselves. Weirdly enough, there appears to be this incentive among the ironic trolls (who walk a very fine autistic line between real fan and lightly trolling Phil) to incentivize the paypigs to donate to hit the tips goal. Their entire little game is centered in getting reactions out of Phil. A dumb question asked via cheering or a possible big fake tip is what all these guys are waiting for. They’re dying to see Phil heated and to watch him say something stupid. It’s literally the equivalent of a bunch of little giggly shits throwing a bunch of fireworks in front of the old grumpy guy’s porch to watch him shake his cane as he yells to get them off his porch. Just a fucking weird way to get your kicks but, again, when it comes to Phil or the people attached to him, the concept of normalcy is thrown out of the window.

I think the weird, internal autistic sperging between the trolls who come into Phil’s chat and the regulars is a dynamic that people on the Farms tend to overlook. Quite a few of the legit whales and paypigs who are actively spending their money to fight the trolling that goes on into Phil’s chat is centered around them, not the Twitter and YT detractors. Of course, you have complete degenerates like OIC and Jaxx_Raxxor who genuinely believe that spending money to hit the Tips Goal make us seethe to the point of contemplating suicide.

What they fail to realize is that they’ve become the spectacle that we want to see. Every night, I hope the Tips Goal is met because I know these dumbfucks are whatever dollars poorer due to the amount that they’ve thrown down the endless pit of money that is the pig.

And like everyone else on Twitch who attempts to buy clout through tipping streamers, they’ll come to regret it and feel extremely stupid for literally wasting their hard-earned money.

I remember one paypig, don't remember his username or anything sadly, bitched about spending hundreds on some twitch thot to become her boyfriend or mod or both and then he found out that she has a boyfriend (this SHAWKS me!) and complained about all the money he wasted. So what does he do now? Blow his money on motorcycles, expensive jewelry, MtG cards, guns, knives, watches or any other such thing people blow their money on that at least gets you some monetary value back if you ever got sick of them and wanted to get rid of them? Nah, he spends it on Dave so he can get Scopely's quarterly revenue numbers to rise. This was on a stream where he dropped a ridiculous amount of money and then said that he "owned" the trolls in DSP's chat.
Those people just ain't right. If Phil wasn't there they'd just be blowing their tax returns, unemployment benefits, tardbux, stimmy checks or whatever else on some other streamer.
