I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be Spearhead.

Sorry for double posting, but You forgot about This mf (In 13th December of 1981 the "Teleranek" (PRL kids program) was replaced by declaration of martial law, which was until 1983)
More that I didn't knew, since a) happend before I was born, b) I'm not from Poland. It definetly could do some damage, but it's one-off thing, I suppose. And quite straight-forward. There was a time, espechially in 90-s and early 00-s, when broadcasting network could've easly put some dank adult-oriented animation right between that czech Mole cartoon and Vinnie the Poo. Quite often these were cartoons from Armenfilm, due to the fact, I think, that they've made many cartoons for children too. These were quite dank, but child-appropriate dank. Imagine that you're seven, you're watching Spounge Bob, and right after that this absolute gem(no spoken words, so everyone can watch; now that's inclusivity!) drops. If I didn't knew prior, I'd assume Heavy Metal magazine made this. I think this is why I spend so much time in the internet. They've rolled back on the dankest stuff, but still left many less fabulous but still heavy things, like that cartoon about mind-reading tank, which murders army higher-ups, who were overseing its test, and then its creator, because it guides its offense by fear.

To not derail thread, soviet and post-soviet cartoons can be a good case-study on how to put politics in your work. While party was in charge, it had to be very veiled. Gradually it became more and more obvious, but there was still some quality and nuance. Or, these were dank as hell(creators of that cartoon I've linked also made some clearly political pieces), which gets a pass in my book.
People we discuss in this thread lack these qualities, and many other ones. And it's not the problem. Problem is that most of it is learnable and they choose not to. Not even a talent issue. It helps, sure, but even somebody without any talent can reach a somewhat decent level by practicing efficiently. It sure wouldn't be time-efficient, but it would be something. There can be craft without art, but art without craft is impossible.

I understand you, but I want to said this, because i think this is fitting

Standard twitter art, but is it just me or the word "redesign" is used very pretentiously these days?
Make the character tan/black, add two pins and a piercing and bam, brand new design, totally.

honestly, it's hard for me to be even a little annoyed with this, given that this person is very obviously a young teenager

Again, why do these "woke" artists insist on using "white supremacist" blue and green eyes on obviously black female characters?
Granted, the Powerpuff Girls are unnaturally pink/blue/green 'cause they're mutants, so one could argue this is an exception, but yeah, if they're changing the skin and hair and everything else, why wouldn't they just change the eyes? Since nothing matters and we're already not sticking to canon, why not go whole-hog and just make three brown OCs?

Listen, I don't know about you, but I think OP doesn't know what the definition of "redesign" is...

Honestly that's embarrassing. Trying to make a good redesign and just making lazy art to prove the die hard fans right that you have no idea how to design a character and then having commissions when your art looks like it's a 12 year old's first try at digital art. This character is also suppose to appear as 16, while still a minor that's not the young child these people keep trying to pass off their redesigns for. This is suppose to be a teen, not an 8 year old.
I really don't know why they insist on redesigning characters for shows they KNOW they aren't going to watch and/or find issues with the fanbase/show itself. It's like Uzaki-chan all over again... you aren't going to watch the show so why even bother? All you're gunna do is piss off fans of the show and then cry about how mean they are before going on private when they hate your shit redesign.
She's a dragon... Why is her mouth burnt? Why does she need fireproof gloves and to keep her hair from being set on fire? Why does she have the child's idea of a warrior when she's supposed to be at least 16?
So she stores the extra mass on her chest? Dope.

If not I'm guessing there's some deep strategic reason for one of her forms being "large breasted child".
From what I know, in the manga she actually does store fire in her tits and is allergic to being fat.

As someone with a piss poor understanding of light/shadow and color theory, even I'm pretty sure that sickly green is not the right color to shade these guys' faces with.

Aside from that and the yaoi hands, it seems all right, but I don't know the source material.

Saw this informational post this morning and am still bewildered; do I need 'sensitivity viewers' to check my artworks' lips or what? (Archive)

I dunno One Piece so I dunno Usopp's race (or if it matters, which I doubt). Sato is obviously inspired by 80's hero Kinnikuman. Mr. Popo and Jynx woulda never been edited had it not been for their series' successes in America and even then I've never seen DB fans complain about Mr. Popo. But ermm big lips ba-- huh, wait, isn't that the trait woke artists always draw any colored person with? MUCH TO THINK ABOUT...

For me the Reki (that guy with red hair) face doesn't work with me
