the easiest way to tell that "gender euphoria" is commonly a repackaged way to express sexual arousal is that trans men rarely discuss it, use it incorrectly or differently when they do discuss it (to mean "trans goals" more generally or looking slightly more like a bishonen), and never did even once before AGP trans women made it a meme. when trans women use it it tends to always be about when they're wearing lacey panties or can't recognize themselves in the mirror. that's the point when they openly worry on subreddits that it might be a fetish, and are promptly told it's gender euphoria, and that it's normal.

I will say that that's bullshit because the happiness I felt when I was first called a girl (jokingly, and I was still identifying as a man at the time) was the happiest I'd felt in years. And the feeling I felt was more like in my stomach rather than how you are explaining it as a sexual gratification.

This autist's experience captures a core experience captured in the new broader sense though. The slightly nervous feeling of impeded elation; the seeming confirmation of the unfolding of a secret fantasy.

I think it's probably not commented enough on in this thread, how this kind of thing has the effect of drawing the vulnerable in. It's the dragon they felt they once caught the tail of and find themselves chasing ever after. And, the tragedy here is that the things that start the chase are - from the outside - unfathomable small; things that have no worldly significance.

Basically some girl with autism starts freaking out when her boyfriend starts taking HRT because he starts to smell differently from what he used to. She ends up having to keep herself from finding his old clothing he wore before going on HRT and tries to tell him that he literally doesn't smell like a man anymore and she isn't attractive to him as much. Here I'll give you a quick rundown. The site was originally made for Christian Weston Chandler, which in the last 5 or so years has been trooning out. The site used to have a very sizable lefty population but some were anti-trans but weren't. Really the most important stuff was there was several threads made on trans grifters and it got a reputation by big time activists and whatever as a "transphobic" site. This of course led to an uptick of actual transphobic people. There were also many waves of right-wing politics mostly due to Null's political views. In 2019 there also was a big leak of emails and IPs and that led to many old member leaving the forum. So thats where we are today. If you look hard enough, you can find old stuff where the majority of people in a thread are pro-trans individuals. Also quite a few older moderators and admins were trans. Go on onionfarms and check the KF moderator thread.
