Phil yells at us Kiwis more. The kicker is that most of us (to my knowledge) do not give him a dime. Quite the ROI if you ask me.

Yeah. I don't think many here bother going to Phil's streams anymore (which is wise). The vast majority of Phil's followers are now ironic trolls, sneak dissers, and at best semi-fans there to watch potential chaos. It's really a very small amount of broken brains that actually support Phil today. Phil's community is so weird that it goes beyond anything else on Twitch, which is already a toxic platform based on sucking money out of lonely people.

For real, I have over a mil in medical debt; debtors prisons aren't a thing anymore, you can just not pay, and if you don't have assets or income worth suing over, then you just skate on by... that simple experience showed me that DSP is raking in money and would be subject to garnishments pretty easily if any creditors really thought he was worth the time (money) to pursue... otherwise he would just let derogatory statements sit on his credit rather than cripple his credit with a bankruptcy.

Not only that he actually thinks that him getting his bankruptcy granted a win for him. It's all because the prevailing detractor theory was that it would either not be granted or his chapter 7 would be turned into a chapter 13 bankruptcy. He's so blinded by his sheer spite towards the detractors, haters, mahrans, nudniks, idiots, kids and trolls that he doesn't realize that him declaring bankruptcy is a lose-lose situation for him, no matter how it turns out.

I know two people personally who had to file for bankruptcy. Both are now successful people but are extremely embarrassed by the overall process and only mentioned it because the topic came up in regards to filing for bankruptcy due to a failing business. You could tell it was a guarded secret and something akin to a black mark on their otherwise pretty illustrious record.

Phil, on the other hand, publicly advocates for his granted bankruptcy as some kind of “win” against the detractors. Like him being able to discharge an insane amount of debt (seriously, this dude plays fucking video games for a living, it’s embarrassing he racked up that much debt) was vindication that he had nothing to hide and everything we ever claimed was completely wrong and slanderous.

No, nigga. You skirted so close to being discovered for potential bankruptcy fraud and hid your microtransaction purchases as part of your business expenses. You got lucky that a bunch of autists probably scared the trustee off. Another instance of where pozloading my neghole always backfired on detractors.

It’s insane to me that someone doesn’t understand that filing for a personal bankruptcy case is a testament of your failings as an individual in controlling your spending and adjusting your lifestyle accordingly to specifically not get into the situation he got stuck in.

But we’re dealing with a delusional individual who genuinely believes that YT’s algorithm fucked him over and his content should have stayed successful and on the front page (now trending) of YT. That there is still demand for raw, uncut, and unedited bottom of the barrel, garbage, completely worthless video game playthroughs and that the new wave of content creators with highly edited videos weren’t the reason for his decline and his current existence being in a permanent state of crisis.

This motherfucker has literally whipped up two financial REEEemergencies in the past three weeks and has the gall to sit here and claim that he’s successful. He’s become so delusional that he claims having a bankruptcy granted amidst the “slander” he has to deal with was probably his biggest win in over a decade. That’s the level of insanity we’re dealing with here.
