phil is complaining that the developers are out of their mind for making this and there's no possible way it can be fun.

i bought this game at the same time as phil did, and i struggled at the start too, because I was expecting like, traditional classes. Now that I'm further in and I've realized there are no classes, you can just build what you like, I'm having a fuck ton of fun with my paladin/shapeshifter/warrior character I made. But that takes creativity and phil is a retard.

he's going to rq this fight. he can't win. the only question is how long until he quits?

this is what i like to see. seeing games phil doesn't have the skill to play like Devil May Cry is cool and I enjoy that. But this is the gold. This is a game Phil not only doesn't have the skill to play, but is literally too stupid to understand. yeah he's too stupid to understand DMC as well, but you can still get through it button mashing and spamming heals. This game won't let him do that and he's too retarded to do anything else.

Wait, has Dave retconned this again? I only observe the vortex every couple of months or so, but I was sure I heard him saying this about a year or so before the bankrupcy? That he was having to pay 'The Tax Guy(tm)' upfront now.
He had to pay the CPA up front to get the taxes done for the begruptcy. Anyone he wants to do business with is going to want cash up front now.

"This game is gonna be one of those git gud games, where you need to be menial things"

But git gud means actually learning the game, Philbert. You ragequit Nioh at Date because you used the same strategy (mid stance spear). Learning the other stances wasn't menial or a chore.

"i hate to say it but this game is likely going to be one of those "get good games" where you have to waste a lot of time studying and learning a bunch of miniscule shit and i don't want to do that. it's the same as when I first started playing dark souls, this is the first RPG i've ever played like this."

phil whinin' cause game ain't lettin' his fat belly squeeze through.

"sorry but this game is not accessible. it's not accessible for anyone else. i have to play this game and like ten others"

nigga, i only ever played Neverwinter Nights once, when I was 11. then I picked this game up over a decade later and after a few hours I'm having fun as fuck. But I'm also not a retard.

I know so many people whose first CRPG was Divinity Original Sin 2 because the game's dick was sucked so hard and it was called the best RPG that came out in the last decade (for a good reason, the game is fantastic) and they had no problem with it. They got destroyed in the early game, sure, but they persevered, saw what they did wrong, adapted, got used to it, excelled. Phil is such a manbaby, the game doesn't let him win right away and he's already saying that this isn't a challenge, it's work, it's a chore.
Reminder, this guy legitimately still thinks he's putting out khwality khantent on the daily, then suffers damn near a nervous breakdown because his electronic toy won't let him win. :story:

yeah my first time playing i was worried over "where do i put my points? if i'm a necromancer how do I build to BE a necromancer?" once I realized there are no set classes and you can build whatever you want, I let my creativity go and it's really fucking fun. Which is something Phil will never experience.
