I think so, and that's really sad. It's like that loser kid at school who one of the popular kids says hi to just to be nice, and then suddenly acts like they're best buddies to big himself up to his loser friends.
Ralph is the sort of person a lot of TV characters are based on, only he's on a level where the parody isn't parody anymore, it's literally how he is. Imagine David Brent from The Office, only he's a belligerent alcoholic redneck trying to be an e-celeb. That is Ethan Ralph.

Those would be good streams but they clash too much where Dingo ragequits or Rand is drunk and just mutes him. If they could get past that then it would be a good show and more interesting than the Killstream.
