They did that for a while. The 10mm auto got popular among police in the 80s and early 90s but due to the significant increase in tiny female officers that couldn't handle the power, they reverted back to a less powerful round with the .40. Law enforcement officers continued to progress towards skinny and weak and most departments have abandoned the .40 for 9mm due to it having softer recoil. It's not that 9mm is bad, but without a head, spine, or heart shot, it takes a while for someone to die or stop if they don't want to or are fucked up.

Viewing this video through the lens of insane racial politics just has me going “of course the league wouldn’t investigate an all black team that cheats residency rules.” It’s actually legitimately fascinating to me how black people take as much pride in winning by cheating as they do if they had won honestly. I especially like how people thought these kids were breaking the stereotypes of kids from the hood but we later find out only 5 of them were from the ghetto.

They've never been in a US factory packed with Laotian and Cambodian immigrants. They blast gospel music through the warehouse and vote against unionizing by 80%+ every year even though the management that's been there for 12+ years makes $2 over minimum wage.

Another part if that statistic is that if you go through them case by case a good 2/3rds are dudes beating the tar out of the cop at the time so its justified. I think one from 2019 was called an unarmed black man murder cuz the suspect dropped the gun but the officier didnt know that in the dark.
The rest are judgement calls. One or two straight up murders usually.

I'd say it's the latter because they feel they have a good way to turn into good optics and PR, or handwave certain parts in the name of the narrative.
