I can never understand why FTMs go through something as expensive and painful as fake penis surgery, when there are incredibly realistic and functioning prosthetic penises exist. Functioning as some double as not only a packer, but a stand to pee device. I know some want to penatrate people, but for fucks sake that's what strap ons are for. Even while mentally ill, I still cannot understand the mindset of wanting something as hideous and painful as a bottom surgery. Especially when the above is not only actually realistic, but less expensive than a full on surgery.

I know a couple MTF troons and none of them are even considering the surgery because it's a lot cleaner and less painful to just deal with what you have than have it flayed open into a never healing wound that leaks colon juice.

Those that understand this (a silent majority, in my experience) more often opt for metoidioplasty if they decide to go through bottom surgery, which involves a bit of lengthening the already-enlarged clitoris and splicing it with the urethra to create some sort of wacky hybrid. Metoidioplasties still run the risk of fistulas, though, as HFA shared earlier.

I don't know but theres less risk of a deadly infection with that then someone sewing a meat tube to your crotch. It probably isnt meant to be used all the time and is probably a 'just in case' feature.

I believe these are made of medical grade silicone so it's on you to keep it properly clean. If you are the nasty sort to not regularly clean something like this, you deserve your infection.

I feel like if you were to stroke the flex rod with lube you could erect it in more natural motion (this is how the rod inside should look like).


The piss cup question is an interesting one – I have not really though about that. But isn't it more or less like say a diva cup? IDK, I have not even seen one in person and the only thing I know about those is that you stuff one in there somewhere to hold menstrual blood and all the eco hippies are raving about them.

At least the funnel empties itself (hopefully leaving minimal amount of piss behind). You would not go holding a significant amount of fluid in there for hours like you do with diva cup (those should be apparently emptied 2-4 times a day and worn for no more than 12 hours a day).

The "erection implant" is migrating, just like Chris Chain's taint piercing. This is apparently a common complication from a phalloplasty. Rumers patients all look like she really tried to make a passable clit and then didn't put any effort in on the bottom half.
