He loses all of his individual will and his character revolves entirely around Zero Two after the first few episodes. Again, the anime lets you know it's unhealthy, but never addresses it and treats it as positive. Keep that in mind whenever you see someone with a Zero Two pfp anywhere btw, there is a 99% chance that if it's a girl instead of a troon or coomer beneath it, they're some form of sociopath. Darling in the Franxx and the existence of Zero Two's probably gonna spawn a new generation of Usagi Kous.
