There’s been a bit of drama in r/Trangender_Surgeries. Some tranny uploaded their fucked up results from his GRS/SRS on a smaller Reddit thread but deleted it soon after. Unfortunately this retard didn’t realise once something is on the internet, it’s on there forever. It ended up being added to the r/Transgender_Surgeries Wiki.

It seems he found out about it and is now demanding any links to his photos be taken down:

It's deliberate that people don't know. There's a concerted effort to cover up the reality under the guise of, "it will not help their dysphoria if they are told the truth." So everyone and society has to go along pretending or being kept ignorant. If you tell a trans person they can't actually change gender, it's not good for their dysphoria and of course that leads to, "they will kill themselves."

So much of the trans stuff comes down to this view. For the best interests of the trans, lets just go along with it.

Reading the reviews of the doctors, it seems that it is all just a con of, "oh yes, we can give you a vagina, oh yes everything is good." Constantly affirming and telling them what they want to hear. I wonder if that's the con or they literally think if they don't, it's not in the interest of treating their dysphoria.

On the kids, people are in denial there's any harm to puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones in children and teens. It's frankly strange. What is worse is that trans is a big umbrella of many different things. That intervention is not in the best interest of everyone. It's putting them on a path to extreme transitions. As opposed to those who keep their down below and go on to live with a better management of their dysphoria. Not always chasing what will make them a real women.

When you read reviews and the horror stories. People being positive about terrible results. They clearly have to hang onto the idea they can actually change sex. However their dysphoria has been managed, it's been managed wrong.

I'm pretty sure the, "it's bad for their dysphoria" is why there's such silence over the horrors of these surgeries.

IMO it seems to be about a 90/10 spilt, and that poor 10% of surgeons has been suckered into the troonthink of "Tell them everything's fine or else they're going to kill themselves and it will be all your fault."

Jesus this is one of the worse ones, it literally looks like the "surgeon" was one of the overseas ones who barely speaks english and misinterpreted the word lips because that legitimately looks like the surgeon cut off someone's fucking lips and slapped them between his legs (if you fucking make a photoshop of actual lips or that thing on someone's face, I'll kill you). ALSO 6 MONTHS IN IT'S ALREADY CLOSING, NO REGRET HERE.
