I don't know what's up with non-Americans sperging about pledge of allegiance all the time. It's just a flag tradition.
Every country has its own flag traditions but you don't see burgers complaining about them.
From what I know off the top of my head...
Norway likes to use its flag in cake decorations and birthday celebrations.
France likes to make its flag using plane' smoke (forgot what to call it) on Bastille Day and other occasions.
And the Dutch show off their flag with schoolbags tied at the end whenever students graduate from school.

I hate shit like that because for as much as people try to frame it as "anti-racist" it (at least to me) really ends up being the enlightened centrist position of being racist against both blacks and whites. Like not only is he saying white man bad, he's saying black people are so inferior that any child he has could just assume a position of superiority.
I'm a bit of a schizo, so I could be totally off base, but that's the sort of subtext I always get from a lot of that shit.
