Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

Am I correct in thinking that only applies during bankruptcy proceedings?

Melissa's big defense against mean Null ever being able to collect is that she's literally sued herself into bankruptcy?
But she already files as destitute and doesn't have an attorney to pay, so these suits literally cost her zero dollars to shit out. How can she claim that they have driven her to bankruptcy if she's never hard to pay anything for them?

My car is safe. That's what safe, so you best drop your hopes of seizing my car. Va law exempts $5,000 of personal property from judgment. And an additional $500/for each dependent. That's an additional $3,000 for me.

My one car that I own is valued at $1,500. You can't touch it.

So I guess Moon has no one to blame but himself for his attorney fees.

If he thought I had no case he would have just not responded to the lawsuit and let it run its course.

If he was smart, and not a high school drop out dummy, he could have filed pro-se himself to overturn the Default and dismiss the case if he thought my suit was such gibberish. But he can barely read and write so obviously he had to hire someone with more education. He has no one to blame but himself for his educational deficiencies.
Instead of running a junkie site he could have invested his time and energy into getting an education and learn how to file his own court documents

Typical of male narcissism for you to think he's a victim.
Thanks for giving Null's attorney more evidence that he was 100% right about you being a vexatious litigant who brags about being judgment proof. It'll make it even easier for him to get sanctions awarded against you.

Oh, and I'm not just talking about financial sanctions. Judge Jones has the authority to slap a prefiling injunction on your ass, and you're a prime candidate for it since you've already admitted you'll keep filing the same lawsuit forever.

@TamarYaelBatYah Are you doing online dating? If so, I think you would have a bomb ass profile that would really stand out amongst the crowd of all the other women if you followed some simple points. You would be super creative if you said these things:

- I love tacos!
- Swiped right for your dog. I'll probably like your dog more than you.
- Can you handle this sarcasm?
- Chad only. Sub-8 males subscribe to my OnlyFans.
- Let's get coffee!
- If you reply with any combination of "Hi, Hey, Hay gurl" I probably won't respond.
Lol @TamarYaelBatYah is that what your MeetMe like?

I found kosher cheetos, they're amazingly good!

I can't hear you through all the crunching!!
Good for you Pam. Now, why do you believe it is impossible to fail if multiple people are involved in something and what is the goal you have not failed to reach, for the record, thank you.

Says the person with an inferior education level.

I have a Bachelor's degree and you have a standard high school diploma. Even if you could argue that you had the ability, obviously I'm smarter even because of the simple fact that I made the effort to get a degree. Ouch, I can really see you suffering a narcissistic injury. You just can't stand it that there are women can do better than men.

You are like Joshua Moon. Always trying to project your dumb nature onto others. He's a high school drop out. And you're just as dumb as him.
Prove it. Simply prove what you’re saying. Reply to me with what my education level is, along with proof of your claim. You never lie, correct?

You have no idea what my education level is. Fucking moron.

They could be Kosher for Passover Cheetos. I guess those exist now.
They don't exist.

OU-D "Simply" Cheetos exist, but they aren't kosher for passover, and not all of the products have the OU-D symbol. If the packaging doesn't have it, it's not kosher.

So far, but if this lawsuit resulted in a judgement against her, that'd be a debt that she could theoretically try to discharge through bankruptcy.

No. Civil Judgements cannot be discharged by bankruptcy. She risks becoming joshes special friend for the rest of her life. She is also flirting with literal contempt, which is a criminal matter. A particularly pissed off judge could in theory order her to pay the fees for the bullshit and if she does not pony up her SSI check for the month find her in contempt and jail her. Such an outcome is unthinkable, usually, but Melinda seems hell bent to try and figure out how absurd she can make this situation.

Remember, debtors prisons are no longer a thing, but when the government says you have to pay, it's not debt. It's an obligation. Be it for child support payment, not paying criminal fines, or not paying sanction fees for being a retard. People are in fact sent to jail for these things and the inability to pay is not a viable defense.

Civil judgements for intentional torts are typically nondischargeable if the debtor objects, but I don't think a judgement ordering her to pay someone's legal fees after she frivolously sued them would necessarily fall into that category.
