Why do people keep making this retarded argument? Most of the time those new genders were created to categorize homosexuals, prostitutes and things like that as a different class and breed of people, not because they were uber progressive who were in favour of trains rites.

Not to mention that those same gender roles spawned in extremely patriarchal societies and were a thing, to begin with, to fill a necessary role. Most of these "genders" were expected to work as guardians, healers, and borderline monks at the service of their families, they weren't fooling around on Twitter talking about how sexy they were.

The life of these third genders these morons so vehemently claim as their own is something most of the time people didn't choose for themselves being the best example the Balkan sworn virgins, women that had to assume male roles and benefits in exchange for any kind of relationship because their brothers had been killed. Most of the time third gender came as a necessity first rather than an outlet for people to really express themselves. Today these genders are celebrated as precursors of modern gender understanding but with more than a couple it comes as a typical modern western stretch of what it really means.

Yes, I've brought the Balkan sworn virigns up again and again, since my mother is from Bosnia and I did some research on them. And gender studies professors already used the sworn virgins (that now only exist in Albania as a very small minority) as a fact that non-Western societies even in Europe had more than two genders. They somehow miss the link between very patriarchal societies and having more than two genders. Patriarchal societies can't accept people who diverge from the gender norms, hence a man who behaves stereotypically female will be considered a woman. For women it was often the case that they became "men" because all their male relatives died and the family needed a patriarch. All these "third genders" were created for very specific behaviour (for example homosexuality), situations (no male relatives) or religious rituals. More egalitarian societies don't freak out so much when men and women show atypical behaviour. Hence a gay man in Iran will be thrown from a building, but cutting of your genitals to pretend to be a woman is legelly fine. Egalitarian societies are not that fond of cutting off functioning genitals and perceive a man in a dress not as a woman, but just as your garden-variety faggot. This might also be the reason why some radical feminists are so opposed against troonerism. Maybe they somehow feel that something about it is very patriarchal/misogynist.
The most ironic thing is that the former communist Albanian government discouraged cultural norms like sworn virgins and considered them to be "regressive". The government encouraged a clear distinction between men and women. On the other hand, in the West it's now regressive to think that there are only two sexes. For me this is proof enough that this whole gender thing is on purpose politicized and has no inherent left or right wing position (in comparison to thinks like law and order, which in my opinion are much more inherent to the right wing than the left wing). Climate change wasn't as politicized 30 years ago as it is now. Some people even thought that environmentalism was a right-wing bourgeois value in the 60's. I wouldn't be surprised if the left-wing would change their positions completely if the right suddenly embraced Climate change alarmism.
