He either parrots ideas that he's heard from other people or reports in media and just repeats what the hivemind thinks or he does a completely different take and has an entirely skewed and misinformed opinion about something because he doesn't know what he's talking about or he does, but highly inflates a story to highly victimise himself or put himself on a golden pedestal to look like the prodigal son of his school, arcade gang or let's player.

The "Hey, look at those muscles!" thing sounds just like a dad/uncle thing to do. My dad did it to me when I (a lanky middle-schooler) worked out with him - "You don't even work out!" - and today he does it to his grandson, who is 7. I can imagine DSP takes it at face value. That or he just felt really good after infrequent exercise and projected it onto others. We know it wasn't anybody in the FGC because he looked like he escaped from a hospital ward.
