While I'm sure Rhys was talking to actual children, "adult child[ren]" is a legitimate phrase in certain contexts. Because the word child has two meanings: offspring of someone, and minor. For instance, let's say a mother murders her daughter who is 22 years old and son who is 24 years old. She has murdered her adult children -- they are still children of their mother due to the familial relationship they share, but they are also adults due to being over the age of 18.
For somebody like Rhys who doesn't have children it doesn't make sense though...

Oh that is unusual. At the very least I think he’s on an uppers and downers rollercoaster. All these drugs are a bitch to come off because your sleep suffers horribly when you stop taking them (don’t ever take sleeping tablets unless it’s short term amd you have a good reason, ie grief/traumatic event etc.)
However, I do think you may be onto something with the ‘using z drugs as highs.’ Firstly, yes they do give you a nice bouncy high. What makes me suspicious though is the really rapid cycling of emotions, faster than the usual manic highs and lows, that we see when he tweets those sudden bursts of ranting. Yes it’s possible he has a seriously rapid cycling BP variant, but I think it’s more likely that this is what happens when you take someone who has no self control, won’t be told no and personifies several personality disorders and give them drugs they shouldn’t be using. This is your brain on troonery and drergs.

Ironic that he should be cycling so rapidly, his inability to do that was why he got into women’s sports in the first place.

10% in a 200m sprint, like what Rhys totally does y'all, is a VERY big gain in distance, at max speed. His poor riding(honestly-it is cringe to watch if you know good from bad) and the lard does away with a good chunk of whatever advantage he should have.

I am hesitant to call sexual/romantic interest towards 18-year-olds "grooming" or "pedophilia" or "chomo shit," but he teaches "adult children" and that kind of interaction between 18-year-old students and their middle-aged professors is creepy and gross.

None of these troons have appropriate boundaries.
