Originally, this was a thing. Tweaks here and there.
I had a banette with 5 spikes, instead of 3, and arm spikes. Also they let you change Ivysaur's/Venusaur's flower type and the like (I nearly had one with a rose on its back). Small flower tweaks were totally permitted, cool tweaks to make it seem the same species, but with variations. I know someone who got in with a Pokemon with a peg leg. There was a Zorua with a skull mask due to illusions. You could tweak quite a bit.
They just insisted that things remain the color of the Pokemon they are (with slight tweaks, I had a red Charmander, not an orange one. The banette was also super dark grey, not just grey. Just had to be in the color range.). And that was fine, but then PK started breaking the rules themselves and apparently they were you know, above it. And their views became more and more enforced on the group, like no glasses, no accessories they didn't like, etc. Some people were forced to change their designs they were permitted from the start. That's where the issue lays.
This....actually makes a whole lot of sense, holy crap. PK seems to have self doubt issues, and a lot of problems. I know a lot of underage people who think because an older guy likes them they're special. They use that to feed their ego. If they were underage when they got together, imagine the damage that did to them as they stayed with that. And I imagine as Marl got older PK may have subconsciously migrated to a younger guy, in this case Eevee. After all, Marl got old and boring. PK may have been subconsciously searching for someone in their age range. This would also explain both Eevee's and PK's views. Pedophilia was normalized for them. So Marl could damn well be the cause. And eventually PK out grew him, their rank, PK became the one with the authority, and in that shift Marl may have realized he didn't have much worth, and that may be why he became the pompous slimey guy to others he did. He desperately wanted that power back, so he unleashed it on everyone else. If he went after underage people, he likely does want power/control (and he doesn't have that anymore). If their parents were abusive as they say (though I genuinely do wonder if Marl told them they were, I know that sounds awful but...) then PK never got a sense of healthy and instead of migrating to healthier people, or being able to pick themselves up they ended up with more toxic ones. This is actually all just really disgusting if it's true. I am more and more happy Pengo got out of that situation. So, PK, Eevee, and Marl are all actually real threats to underage people and into pedophilia and that need to get kids into porn is for that kink and is all but confirmed. Shit, I had friends (underage friends) in that group and this actually genuinely royally pisses me off.

A friend of theirs, Ouroporos, who is pretty close to PK's clique, was allowed to join the group with not one second stage Pokémon, but TWO: a Linoone and a Furret- both of which had also been made official NPCs in the past. Justifiably irate members to whom this wasn't allowed were met with the explanation that "he's been active for so long, PK made an exception" even though some people had been active for a longer time. Only they didn't draw as many presents to PK I guess, or their art wasn't as pretty? Anyway I'd be angry too.

It was by art. I also think, as awful as it sounds, it was because he was Japanese. Surprise surprise, PK is also a raging weeb. Also, I recall, in the group it was basically set some people would win. By default. The same people started winning over and over, and I think we found out the admins were fans of those. Even the contest became rigged. Somewhat related but the admins (in this case Mike) also went out of their way to take the few things the community did on their own and make them less social. Like the tumblr askblogs. People started making them, and at first it was fun, because everyone got a fair shot. Then Mike made a journal rating them and with "recommendations" of which were the best, and it just made it so much less social.

Wow...that is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen them do. I almost can't believe it.
Whoever stated earlier in the thread that they think PK might be a sociopath, I'd have to disagree but I don't think you're far off. In my own personal, and admittingly armchair psychologist opinion, I think PK has narcissistic personality disorder. Keep in mind some of the symptoms:
- Uses others to suit their own goals
- Sense of entitlement
- Requires excessive admiration
- Believes that he/she is "special" and unique
- Arrogant
- Lacking empathy
- Doesn't respond well to criticism
- Exaggerates own importance
- Has obsessive self-interest
- Easily jealous
It's okay for her to make call-out journals against people whom she deemed "wronged" her in some way. It's okay if that person's reputation is destroyed because of her actions. But when someone else does it to her, suddenly call-out culture is bad (it IS bad, regardless, but for PK it seems to only be a terrible thing when it personally affects her).) For Christ's sake, she even threatened Pengo with legal action when he made a call-out post against her. Double standards, double standards everywhere.
As we've all seen from her over the past few months, she's become obsessed with her own creation, Beleth, even stated on her Twitter somewhere how she has a crush on him...it...whatever. And of course, most of the important characters in the story are self-inserts. She can't help but to put herself at the center of attention.
I forget if it was mentioned already in this thread, but PK wants everyone to refer to her with gender neutral pronouns (they), but only those close to her may use feminine pronouns with her. This just reeks of entitlement and desiring special treatment. Not to mention, this isn't how pronouns fucking work and this just leads me to believe she experiences no dysphoria whatsoever, but I digress.
She used to go to art school but dropped out. I believe she claimed it was due to financial reasons, but honestly it wouldn't surprise me if she just couldn't stand the criticism. She sure loves giving criticism to other people, giving them advice and whatever, but flips her shit when people give her the same criticism. She'd told people in the past to not draw the same thing over and over again, to try new things. However, when she was drawing nothing but flower-kitties and Pokemon, someone told her to draw something else. Obviously, she didn't take that too well.
Sorry, this ended up being longer than I originally intended. Just wanted to give some examples of some of her behavior that I felt were narcissistic. I could be totally wrong about the whole thing, it's just that, so much of her behavior reminds me of someone who I know IRL is a narcissist.

I've always said that the SJW obsession with non-cis gender identities feels more like a trans fetish than an actual desire to see well-written trans characters included in media. I think Orobas is a pretty good example of what I mean by that.
If you want to be a social justice type or are interested in trans visibility or whatever then there are ways to tastefully include a trans character in a story. Making a trans character whose defining trait is "HER BIG RAGING DONKEY BONER LOOK AT HER SHE'S A WOMAN WITH A DICK READ THIS PORN COMIC ALL ABOUT HER DICK!!!" Is not how you accomplish this.
