right? it's fucked up because either he's massively overspending on a gacha game, or they're leaving so far outside their means they're CONSTANTLY under financial hardship somehow despite how much phil makes from streaming

either way it's incredibly stupid and irresponsible, but the wwe champions addiction is just something we can see that would give context to all of this insane financial hardship he has

The only other explanation is he is actually hoarding all this cash for retirement and laughing all the way to the bank (which he does now regardless with his champions pulls).

that's too much credit for phil, he's wayyyyy too dumb to be doing that
my first reaction was "i mean maybe, that would be pretty smart" but then you realize it's philip burnell we're talking about here

Except his bankruptcy filing made clear that unless he has completely changed his spending habits ( :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic: ), he has no money in savings. So he's just pissing away all his money into a void.

This is Phil's exact reason for why he locks his cat in the room with him with no food, water, or litterbox access while he sleeps.
"He will wake up and run around the house [Goat laugh]" That's it (:_(So instead we have Jasper waking up, running around the bedroom, scratching to be let out, waking Phil up with The People's Elbow from the top rope because Phil can't sleep if Jasper is somewhere else in the house walking around.

Don't forget he (by his own stories) literally doesn't go anywhere except for a weekly shopping trip to get 'the bare essentials' and Khet doesn't appear to be much of a bohemian either locking herself in her room to play an outdated rpg on a tiny screen. It would be extremely difficult if not impossible to spend away the kind of money he makes if he was really telling the truth even if you were trying to.

I've also considered this possibility. But other than what people have already mentioned (he'd have to have transformed into a person with completely different financial habits for that to be feasible), he would still be a massive scammer, which would be funny anyway.

Imagine Phil saving up 5k dollars per month and then posting on Twitter how hard his life is and how his account is in the red and yada yada. Then imagine his piggies giving him money gladly, only for him to laugh at how stupid and gullible they are. That would still be funny, although the joke would be on the paypigs and not really on Phil. Regardless, we get to laugh.

Agree. Remember, DSP is legally bankrupt. They don't let you do that if you have any sort of savings; they'll make you use your savings to pay your creditors.

DSP either has no savings or committed MASSIVE fraud. In this case, assuming DSP has no savings is the more logical option.

Jasper Kitty Burnell couldn't sleep and was freaking the fuck out, his waife (thumb) couldn't sleep, Phill had to slightly change his schedule so instead of rolling out of bed at noon he wakes up at some undisclosed WAY IN THE MORNING hour, they just rolled around the house trying to adjust to a fucking schedule change. I'm fucking confused
Jesus fuck he spent like an hour rambling about a shift change.

Phil should just stop playing games. We all know he hates it unless it's gacha games or games with mini-games that are like a casino. go to Just Chatting and instead of taking of clothes or wear revealing clothes like Twitch's preferred thot put something on in exchange for money. wouldn't change much of his streams anyway. Good thing I spend my evening with Persona 5 Strikers that is way more fun

he's got almost 350$, but all the money in the world won't make you less retarded. Phil has been told TWICE in the span of TWENTY minutes not to use healing magic on Fane, since he's undead and it hurts him. First time he was told "ah, I guess I just have to use poison on him no matter what. okay I get it" second time "I think I'm gonna use healing on Fane...oh...don't do that? okay...guess I just won't do anything then"
