Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Like I've stated previously in the thread, democrats may have great power right now and will get several of the things they want out of it. However, a lot of things will be monkey paw'd or fail due to how splintered and backstabbing they are to themselves. We've seen their capabilities when they're united against Trump, but even when the time came to bat they still missed (With things outside election). I predict like previously that we will see a increase of innerfighitng from progressive. moderate, and establishment democrats. They will succeed in pushing through several legislation in voting, energy, and political correct endeavors. However, it will not be as grander as they want it to be and only a fraction of what they think they can get through.

There's a reason why MSNBC is pushing more QAnon conspiracy theories than actual QAnon at this point. The Dems/MSM are desparately looking for some sort of Boogieman because they know that it was the only reason why Biden won.

You overestimate how much Democrats will be willing to cut away from party. By the next cycle, they'll be going all in for whoever will talk about free shit or progressive ideals.

You vastly underestimate how well conditioned the hard left is to vote democrat. And much like talk of a Trump third party, a socialist third party is a non-starter.

Just like Trump remade the GOPe, so too will AOC or someone like her remake the Democrats.

I have to admit, at first I was wondering if there was any chance that Trump typed this, especially when I read "covid" in the earlier paragraphs. But that finish with "China Virus", ah, bellissimo

I personally prefer the US military to follow a coherent strategy instead of terror bombing various yurts that may or may not have baddies inside. Of course, this is what happens when the Chair Force is allowed to drive foreign policy.

I guess I just dont consider an actual modern standing army loitering around fruitlessly swatting at flies to be much of a war. That's more just the day-to-day business of occupying land that doesn't belong to you, and we do it terribly.
