You're against tone policing, but not only do you advocate language policing, you tell any Anons that point out your shitty behavior that they have to stop being snippy or condescending. Or is this yet another case where it's okay when you do it?

Seen your mental health podcast, and you mentioned someone by the name of Segasister. What's up with her? Should I steer clear?

I made the mistake of looking at clicking on a video about you in my recommended section and like... Jesus some of the ghoulish shit that gets said about you is just awful. Like, the lengths people will go to so they can stroke a hate boner for you is horrid. All these videos just linking to each other with unsourced claims (or worse, clearly fabricated documents that don't hold up under the slightest of scrutiny). Like... I know you admit to doing some bad shit when you were younger but these people really are out here just making shit up. You deserve better than this.

Why is the attitude of “I shouldn’t have to reward you for something you’re supposed to be doing” not work?

Lily you mentioned you worked with autistic kids before, do you think behavioral therapy is always bad? Especially for very young children?
Anonymous
No. It just requires positive encouragement instead of negative reinforcement. Reward good behavior instead of punishing bad behavior.
Too many parents and other adults have the attitude of “I shouldn’t have to reward you for something you’re supposed to be doing” and are then surprised when it doesn’t work.
I used to tell other volunteers “check your ego at the door.”

Do you think more people would listen to you if you didn’t act so self righteous?
Anonymous
No, because tone policing is a defense mechanism to avoid having to accept a truth that you don’t like

I just learned that the Q-slur can also be used as a verb that means 'to ruin or damage something', so the fact that LGBTA+ people continue to use this word has become 10 times more baffling.
