EDIT to add actual content. For those who aren't aware of pilonidal cysts, it's pretty much exclusively obese dudes who sit on their ass all day. It does not surprise me at all that this group overlaps with trannies.

Hrmm, if that's an ass, than that could be a specific type of abscess that forms when too much hair gets trapped under the skin. Judging by how hairy the area is, it could be the case as these types of abscess are incredibly painful and impossible to numb with area injections.

It can be a result of HRT as the hair follicles change and the body tries to figure out what to do with the new information. It happens to hairy people but I imagine troons might be more susceptible.

She's on Twitter as UrNoFionn if you want more details. She flew to Poland with another FTM, Noah_Halpin so they could both get their tits cut off. Lots of details in their respective Twitter accounts, but it's not really lol worthy and I got bored reading their stories. A couple of points:

They stayed in Poland a week, but arranged to go home the evening of her friend's surgery.

Is there a good archive/collection somewhere of what post-surgery trans genitals look like in reality? There used to be the great /r/neovaginadisasters but that one was banned of course.
With the SuperStraight movement gaining traction, I get a lot of "after surgery there is literally not a single physical difference between cis and trans people" shit, and I feel like doing some educating.
