Why/How are hospitals even allowing her in their operating room?

They probably aren't liable for what she does in their OR, and at the end of the day this is just a "elective cosmetic surgery" so, who knows whose rooms she rents.

do you think that Rumer knows she's doing bad cosmetic work or does she consider her results acceptable? I dont think her intents malicious, but like others have said the works piled on with 1-3 surgeries per day.
But something i didnt realise about plastic surgery until now is it takes existing 'bits' and cuts and molds and fuses and stitches them together, rather than introducing new material onto someone. Maybe her results vary so wildly because sometimes its like a Tetris puzzle and she's waiting for a long piece that never comes. Maybe the barrage of penises she has to slice and dice gives her a variance in procedure results resulting in weird labia formations. What im trying to say is, if shes given a micropenis to operate on and she has to work under someones gunt for hours, maybe it wasnt a prime candidate for a vagina to begin with?

Lmao so she has literally devised her practice to comply with the devil contract you sign with her before she takes a hatchet to your delicates. So only if she fails even to deliver that horrible turkey taco monstrosity can you sue her. Oh, the hilarity!
Imagine how stupid you have to be to sign on with this absolute Mengele-level butcher, who has legally insulated herself at least until actual malpractice law and medical malpractice catches up with her. It's tough to do, though. You need someone to testify the doctor's care fell short of actual objective medical standards.

Maybe they vary so wildly because she's literally on drugs. I mean it's hard to imagine how you come up with these vastly varying results without the doctor being erratic for some reason. Drugs are often a reason for that. I'm not saying Kathy Rumer is on drugs, I'm just saying the pictures I'm seeing on this thread look like something a doctor on drugs might do.

It's impressive though - I normally have absolutely no sympathy for these creepy AGPs who decide to troon out as a mid-life crisis even though they have a family that depends on them. But Rumer's butchery is so terrible that I actually feel bad for him (at least a little). Of course, I'm sure his family is suffering far, far more.

AFAIK there are no "best practices" with troon surgery. As a former SPED teacher, we always had to research and update our pedagogy according to the latest "best practices" in secondary SPED-ucation. Evidence based and research based methods and philosophies. But with trooning it seems that each doctor devises their own method and none of them want to share "store secrets" so you get mangled genitals, infections, and brushes with death coupled with no doctors wanting to fix another doctor's botch job. But how could they reasonably do that when there are no "best practices" in this niche of medicine.

She still has malpractice insurance. I am sure the premiums are going up and up though. She settles her cases out of court so the hospital doesn't have anything to work with to reject her. There has been no media scrutiny of her outside of an article by kyle "katelyn" burns, and he has been busted fabricating claims before so his journalism isn't worth much. Plus it was only an article in jezebel, not really a news outlet anyone cares about.
Dr curtis crane butchered FTMs who wanted dicks and got sued 8 times (if I recall correctly), after settling all the cases in california he promptly moved to texas. It is harder to sue your surgeon in texas, so shitty surgeons are flocking there to continue doing a bad job. Doctor rumer is either going to end up there, or become unable to obtain the required insurance to perform surgery. Or perhaps her story will end with something more spectacular? She is butchering mentally ill troons who have nothing to lose when she gets done with them. Her career is a ticking time bomb in many ways.

If this troon trend reaches its breaking point leaving thousands of anheros I wonder if the hormone companies pushing their pills will be seen like the ones pushing opiods now

The thing is that about 95% of the current troon procedures and medication came from legit medical practices - women might need estrogen for various reasons; men might need testorone; lupron was developed to stop puberty in children with cancer because it's easier to treat them before puberty. It's just that they're trying to expand their market and I guess they found one where people are willing to turn themselves into lifetime patients.

Wherever there are mentally-ill people demanding medicine/procedures they think will cure their problems, there will always be companies/doctors perfectly willing to advocate for them and take their money. There's a reason why these quacks recommend surgery more often than not: one makes the big bucks and the other doesn't.

Jennifer Bilek has been doing a great job tracking the money funding trans ideology. The linked article is just her latest on the Pritzkers. One estimate floating around is that each trans customer (not patient, they are buying an illusion) spends an average of $150K on their transition. Even at <0.5% of the population, that's massive money.

No doubt in another ten years or so it won't be unusual to hear/see ads from law firms asking if you've been trooned, you may be entitled to compensation. I figure it'll be various versions of the lawsuits against the manufacturer of the troon drugs, kind of like the old commercials asking if you had either St. Joseph's asprin or St. Joseph's drops. It's also common with cancer-when people hear that word, especially if they are a later stage, they don't all research the best treatments, or are afraid of them Like troons, their desperation takes over and they'll pay tens of thousands for a jar of acid-infused mud that's supposed to cure them but actually burns their skin off.
It happens in the financial sector, the art world, the religious world, and really, any place where a type of transaction is possible. The greedy will take from weak and stupid. It has always been this way.
The miracle is that it doesn't happen more, and that most people have morals despite how easy a cash-grab would be.
Unfortunately, Kathy Rumer is not one with ethics. She should be telling these patients that these surgeries don't work, and you can't turn a dog into a cat, and they have a mental disorder they need therapy for. But it's become impossible to say that; these people only hear what they want to hear, and in walks a Kathy.
It is easy for sociopaths like Kathy Rumer to butcher people and maim them for life and she sleeps fine after. Just like the cancer patients who were curable but the lack of valid treatment killed them, or the person who gave his life savings to one guy who told him about a miracle investment, they got taken.
And while it's hard not to feel sympathy for people who are left with smelly, infected stinkditches, or the person who died because he thought spinach would cure cancer, or the too-trusting ignorant guy who’ll now live out his days in a shitty trailer park because he believed somebody he didn't know had the magic to give him millions, one needs to remember their greed was at play too. They thought they had the system beat. More research, learning anatomy, investments, what cancer is, then consultation with people who disagree with plans, those are things that could have helped. They are also at fault.
