I'm not an American so, correct my numbers if they're wrong, but assuming Jarrod is unmarried with no dependents he should have received somewhere around $1200 in the first Covid relief check. The minimum wage in Colorado is $11.10 an hour. If this is the case wouldn't that mean Jarrod has worked less than 108 hours in his entire life.
108 hours of work is unthinkable for some of these creatures; this one likely hasn't done anything since his military training. Life just hasn't been as hopeful since they denied his license to kill, it seems to be the only thing he ever wanted to do.
Guy spent his best years being fed, housed, and clothed by Uncle Sam so he could kill people and fantasize about killing people.
